I'm in deep pains right now, I bought a Redmi 12c for #81700 on Monday morning, Getting home, a friend of mine fell in love with the phone immediately and told me he wants it,I told him to go and get it himself.

First know your somatotype =Ecto,Meso and Endomorph before anything else [be it exercise or diet ].



Ecto = Hardly gain weight
Meso = Can gain and lose weight easily, and is the body type with muscle even though they don't exercise.
Endo = Gain weight quickly, but difficult to lose .

A person can have two of the body type. E. g endo-ecto or ecto-endo.
