My analysis of the whole situation. There were chains of critical mistakes that led to this disaster. Firstly, the lady exposed herself to danger by reading outside alone in the night a dangerous move. Secondly, the image from the hospital bleeds my mind. How can a patient bleeding in the Brain be subjected to just outside suturing without oxygen. Please don't blame the Hospital, Nigerian politicians are responsible. Finally, reading alone far away from home in the night and poorly trained Health professionals with Hospital without equipments contributed to her death.
