I ordered laptop from ebay and it's been over 4 months now.
The tracking from DHL is showing Departed from local distribution center Germany.
On the ETI received but no updates again and it's been months.
What do I do the money back guarantee as expired so I can't get a refund
Please where can I go to start searching for it
I really need this item.

I just contacted nipost customer service and they're saying they don't have any record of my item with the tracking number CG013657039DE.
Guys please help me
