Instituting your propaganda against Buhari base on news headlines rather than the content of what he said can only amount to barking at the tree. Buhari asked years ago that the PDP should present the case of corruption against Abacha, rather than do that, the Wailing TANoids are busy repackaging the story in different headlines. Any yet you wonder why it still have not hold grounds since over 10yrs now. grin grin grin grin

Am also glad you are not accusing Buhari of looting money with Abacha. Repackage your propaganda however you like, it will not help Alison in London grin grin grin grin

Until they institute a case in a competent court against Amaechi and Fashola, else the two will be minister. The Wailing PDP can keep barking at the sky for nothing, it will not stop them.

Celebrities / Rich And Silent Vs Average And Popular by egift(m): 1:53pm On Oct 05, 2015
If you are to make this choice, what will you choose? Wish is better?

1. To be very rich and powerful. Pulling stings is many places, but virtually nobody knows. People around know you are rich but even them cannot tell the extent of your wealth. Nobody knows to the extent you can work into a very big company and the people there will not every know that a subsidiary of your conglomerate owns everything in their company.

VS

2. To be average - you have a modest ride, good apartment or maybe a house. You can eat when you get hungry. And you are very popular. Everyone knows you by name. You are on TV, Radio and the Internet. When you post a picture, it goes viral online. None of these add more to your "wealth".

The only reason Jonathan gave to support Dickson is so that people will not laugh at him and NOT that Dickson has done anything or have any plan for the people to warrant being reelected.

The choice is that of the people of Bayelsa to make. While it is an uphill task, but changing the State leadership will bring compitition and bring good tidings to the people.

OrlandoOwoh:

It took Ibori sometimes before he coul get a lawyer, unlike in Nigeria where he could hire more than five SANs. In the UK, lawyers weigh your case. The probability of you losing is high, the lawyers won't take the case. If the accused, after much delay, decides to confess, he would get a higher sentence for making the government lose money in continuing with the case.

If Diezani is sentenced in Nigeria or the UK, and asked to serve her prison term in Nigeria, when a person like Jonathan becomes the President, the prison term would be cancelled. She will then, like Alamiesigha, be pardoned.

In Nigeria, some of them already have SANs on standby, but thank God many of them don't even have UK visa let alone competent enough for International engagements.

With all the money being dumped in the tiny state of Bayelsa, Seriake Dickson and his cronies are still posting mediocrity as achievement. It is a big disgrace.

Bayelsa State should be among the best in Nigeria - Why? - Huge financial resource and small population. There is nothing you posted in that lame list that is exceptional.

Politics / Diezani: The London Angle Is A Masterstroke by egift(m): 10:52am On Oct 05, 2015
I will keep this brief. This well-thought out strategy by the Buhari's administration to use the London angle to tackle the alleged corruption perpetrated by the former Minister Mrs. Allison Madueke is a Masterstroke.

Since it became obvious that the current administration of President Buhari will fight Corruption with all seriousness, most of those that had held sway of top position and soiled their hands have been preparing on how best to tackle whatever the President and his team will put together against them.

Legal team had been assembled. Protesters kept on standby. Journalists and bloggers budgeted for. Those who could jump into the Senate, had already done so. While some have gone into hiding, others are running from pillar to post. I still recall Allison going to Abdulsalami Abubakar to see if he can land her a deal like the one Jonathan got that will shield him from considerable hits. Allison also board the same British Airways flight with Buhari just to seek audience.

With the now London angle they never see coming, it will difficult to lobby judges, bribe the court, cash in on old favours. My favorite part is that it will be near impossible to get visa for all the usual 2k appearance fee jobless protesters to go to London.

While we deal with Allison Madueke and here accomplices - London-Style, it will allow us time to conclude the legal arrangements to have dedicated legal framework for the trial of cases of corruption in Nigeria and recover some of what were looted from our treasury.

And once the Whistle Blowers law is revisited, ordinary Nigerians will have the opportunities to cash in on the misfortunes of these looters by simple providing useful evidence of looting.

May God keep giving President Buhari and his team the best approach to deal with the challenges confronting Nigeria.

God bless Nigeria.

Shut up! That he never voted or supported buhari, does it in any way mean he can't have a say in his country, or are you instinuating that buhari owns the country or what?

He did not vote or even support or accept the current administration of Buhari. There is nothing President Buhari does that will please him. His inconsequential opinion is is a mere barking at the trees.

The only thing that will give the Wailers joy is to see Buhari drop dead, fail or vanish from Aso Rock. So his opinion is very repulsive and not needed, until he start being patriotic.

Waoo. That's an eye opener. The poster also complained of complexity. Is that true? because I wanna also do advert soon

Complexities? No. Advertising on Nairaland is very simple. Here is what you have to do:

- Decide on what you want to promote (make sure it is not illegal and that people actually need it).
- Design a banner that have the specifics of Nairaland (size, dimensions, image type - PM if you need a banner).
- Go to https://www.nairaland.com/campaign to upload your ad and also specify the link (that will open when people click your advert).
- Pay into Nairaland account (account info is on the Campaign page).
- Once your ad is approved, then select the Category (Section) of Nairaland you wish to place your advert. You can select more than one.

Note:
- Your advert will only appear on the section you selected.
- If there are up to 6 advertisers already running their ads on a particular section, your ad will remain pending until an empty slot comes up.
- And if your ad credit runs out, it will automatically be hidden (you will be notified before it expires).

All the best!

Laying low or falling in line. Them no dey fear face? While Jonathan promoted "Yam and Goat" benchmark, President Buhari is strictly for "Stick and Carrot" benchmark.

Jonathan wasted the opportunity God gave him. He could not even spend the opportunity in fixing the Niger Delta region. Highest we will accuse him of tribalism instead of the clueless attitude he exhibited.

If any marketer misbehave, what happen in 1984 will happen in his life. So every is respecting themselves.

Really shocked shocked @ Egift? I thought the minimum deposit is N20,000 as mentioned on nairalands advert placement info. That was even the main reason I shyed away from advertising on Nairaland for the meantime. I was expecting a lesser deposit of like 5-10k to make it easy for startups. I even sent a mail to Nairaland's email but never got a reply before I moved on to Facebook ads

You can deposit any amount. But our Oga will appreciate it if you will start from 20k.
