VisaOfficer:

Hmm. I'll e-mail the panel physician and ask what's going on. Tell them not to worry, the visas are already printed (because the medicals they already submitted are still valid; it's just that they'll expire very soon).

Again, my apologies for discussing a specific case, but it IS the last day of DV season and I know people are tense!

Thank you once again CO!! Others have said it before on this forum about your passion and dedication to helping people, I'm echoing those comments. Thank you and God bless!!

Thanks CO. They did the medical Friday. The clinic said they needed Consulate stamped copies of their passports to release the result to them. How would they get those stamped passport copies? And what's the process to drop the medicals at the Consulate?
VisaOfficer:

Ah, I know just who that is! Okay, usually I would not discuss an individual case in this detail, but given that there are less than three business days left in the 2013 DV season, this seems like an effective way to get information to him quickly. Please tell him that we are able to approve the case -- but his medical paperwork is about to expire, so he and his family will all need new medical reports. Please tell him not to panic, as we can go ahead and print the visas; we just need new medical reports for the visa packets, so they won't have any trouble entering the U.S. smiley They can go to either of the panel physicians, although it's probably easier just to return to the one they've already seen. Thanks!!!

Hello VO - I sincerely appreciate all the great service that you're rendering to people on this great forum. I've asked you questions in the past with regards to my bro-in-law, sister and their 8yrs old twins. They had interviewed on June 19 (AF159XX), still on AP (and updated today Sep 26). He got a call few hrs ago from the consulate to go and do blood test, should he go do it at the same clinic they did the medical? He tried to reach the consulate to ask further directive but was unsuccessful.

Hello VO - thank you for your earlier response to my question. My brother-in-law, my sister and their 8yrs old twins have been on admin processing for 90 days now. They responded to his email last week that he's still on administrative process, we realize that they only get few days left for them to have a decision. What could they do at this time?
