I will advice you to get a letter of introduction from your Registrar to support your claim of where you currently work. The letter should confirm your current position and that you will be signing a bond with your school, which will necessitate you to come back after your program in US. Present the letter at all means during your interview, one of the reasons for denial is because they couldn't ascertain your coming back. Good luck!

Good morning my people I was refused a student visa on the 13th November 2019. am going to post my rejection transcript and also new one.
My Denied Visa transcript

VO: where are you going in the US
ME: I am going to East Tennessee state university
VO: for what
Me: Msc in mathematical biology
VO: what is mathematical biology
Me: mathematical biology is area of applied mathematics that deals with using mathematical concept or language such as graphy, diagram and equation to solve real life problem
VO: why this school
ME: I was offered a graduate assistantship which covered my tuition and living expense and also ETSU is one of the few University that offer my area of specialization.
VO: Soo who is paying for the deficit
ME: My brother and my employer
VO: Are your working
ME: yes, As lecturer in department of mathematics University of Lagos
VO: are u married
ME: yes, with kid
VO: are they going with you
ME: No, because she presently working
Finally he picked up the rejection paper.

I have another interview next week Thursday 06/12/2019 and this is my prepared transcript. I need ur correction and contribution on it.
Prepared Transcript for Next Visa Interview
Vo: Good morning, your passport and i20 please.
Me: (Obliged) Good morning.
Vo: why are you going to the USA?
Me: I am going to the US to pursue a master degree in mathematical science, *with a specialization in* mathematical modelling at East Tennessee State University Johnson City Tennessee state.
Vo: why this school?
Me: Apart from graduate Teaching assistantship which fully covers the tuition and some of my living expenes, ETSU in a relatively cheap place to live, I would also have the opportunity to work with Prof Ariel Cintron on his research mathematical modelling *of an infectious diseases which would be immensely useful when deployed to tackle some of the numerous health challenges in Nigeria.*

Vo:What did you study at undergraduate level
Me: Mathematics
Vo: when did you graduate?
Me: 20**
Vo: what have you being doing since then?
Me: I went on compulsory one year nysc from May 20**- April 20** where I served at **** school of technology, after which I joined YYY as a mathematics teacher from July 20** - November 20**, I then enrolled at King Fahd University of petroleum and minerals, Saudi Arabia for Master degree in Mathematics in January 2018. But when I got an appointment by my current employer, I had to come back in January 2019 to pick up the appointment as graduate assistant in the department of mathematics Bleep university.
VO: what are your plans after graduation?


*Me: My plan is to come back to University of Lagos resume my work as an assistant lecturer because I am only going to be on study leave, I will also apply the knowledge gained to consult for organizations that work on disease control like World Health organisation(WHO) and Nigeria center for disease control (NCDC).*
*VO: I can see you were denied earlier, what was the reason for the denial?
Me: Yes, I think I was denied because the VO felt I didn't convince him of my purpose of travel and my intended research endeavour.
VO: So what are you going to be working on?

Me: I would be working with Prof Ariel Cintron on Mathematical modelling *of the spread of infectious diseases using Hessian matrix to solve the system of differential equation and analysis the results by using Matlab software.
VO: who's paying for your trip?
Me: My brother
VO: what does he do
Me: He works as Research and strategy analyst at infochain IT solution and also owns a big poutry farm here in Nigeria.
VO: Did you write any stardardised test?
Me: yes, GRE
VO: Are u married
Me: yes with a kid.
VO: Are they coming with you?
Me: No, they wouldn't. She's presently working as well as managing my small business.
