Last year due to hayfever and sinus problems I developed tinnitus - western medicine say its not curable but the chinese claim it is. You will now to have train your brain to focus on something else, its very difficult,I know.

forgot to say that your first meal should be a very light soup, nothing heavy. Having said that I have fasted for two weeks on water and carrot juice then broke the fast by eating large amounts of food and drinking copious amount of red wine at a banquet.

If you are fasting for health purposes then you should drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day to help flush out toxins. Do not allow yourself to become dehydrated because it causes dizziness. This type of fasting also requires rest so make sure you are getting enough sleep. Personally I prefer juice detox/fast (carrot beetroot ginger grapes celery)
