How did you go about it?

Good morning everyone
Please I am trying to get my medicals done for Australian student visa. The next available date for IOM is too far and I can’t seem to reach Dr Fatayi Williams clinic. I sent an email to IOM requesting a closer date but I haven’t gotten any response yet. What else can I do to ensure this doesn’t affect me adversely
