Great ones I salute all ,my own opinion is that,Jesus which means God saves is God in flesh,who came to save us because .God our father is faithful to his word come what may.

He need to come us Jesus because he had given man the earth.And He cant operate on the earth without a body legally.

Churches are made up of saints most of those are yet to really accept full responsibility for their faith.There are three main group of people in the church

*the visitor or spectator

*the participator

*the traitors

May God help us all.

Anger is an emotional expression,it is neither good nor bad.You can use it to discover hidden potential about your self. I once read  about a notable artist who use to get very rare inspiration when ever she is angry but control herself by going away from the scene to a place with her book and biro.

Likewise many have been destroy by not been able to master this great emotion.But you can .Please consider my own way of dealing with ANGER below;

It is important that you identify your coping strategies. One way to do this is by recording and review those moments that you are angry , your reaction, and how you cope in a  journal. With this information, you can work to change unhealthy coping strategies into healthy ones-those that help you focus on the positive and what you can change or control in your life.



· Balance personal, work, and family needs and obligations.
· Have a sense of purpose in life.
· Get enough sleep, since your body recovers from the stresses of the day while you are sleeping.
· Eat a balanced diet for a nutritional defense against stress.
· Get moderate exercise throughout the week.
· Limit your consumption of alcohol.
· Don't smoke.

Social support

Social support is a major factor in how we handle anger. Social support is the positive support you receive from family, friends, and the community. It is the knowledge that you are cared for, loved, esteemed, and valued. More and more research indicates a strong relationship between social support and better mental and physical health.

Changing thinking

When an event triggers negative thoughts, you may experience fear, insecurity, anxiety, depression, rage, guilt, and a sense of worthlessness or powerlessness. These emotions usually trigger temper, just as an actual threat does. Dealing with your negative thoughts and how you see things can help reduce it.

· Thought-stopping helps you stop a negative thought to help eliminate anger.

· Disproving irrational thoughts helps you to avoid exaggerating the negative thought, anticipating the worst, and interpreting an event incorrectly.

· Problem solving helps you identify all aspects of a stressful event and find ways to deal with it.

· Changing your communication style helps you communicate in a way that makes your views known without making others feel put down, hostile, or intimidated. This reduces the anger that comes from poor communication. Use the assertiveness ladder to improve your communication style.

What is success ?

Success have been defined by several great people in diffrent ways,but to me I see success as the progressive achievement of the ultimate purpose of an individual in life.
It does not come cheap ,nor does it come by chance.You need to deliberately desire and plan for it.
Many to are just going around parading the shadows of success not the really thing.To be successful in growing personally,you need the following seven key strategies;

1. S-et passionate, productive and profittable daily goals to promote your major life purpose .

2. U-se your T.A.G.S. (talent,abilities ,gift and skills )to help others succeed.

3. C-ount the cost of working out your life giving purpose.

4. C-ommit yourself to work with others in line with your life purpose.

5. E-mpower yourself through seminars,tapes,workshop,books,magazines etc

6. S-tart your long term goal with what you have,where you are and with those around you.

7. S-how as many people as possible how you succeed.

Please take it easy I am really not in support of your man attitude but you need to really assess the situation frankly before taking a major decison about it , a wise woman build her home. Remain blessed

There are many ways of handling this situation but as for me I will prefer letting the school authority to be aware about the situation but if necessary action is not taking , Then that bully is in for a hard time because he or she will regret ever coming near my kid for life.

I believe personal development is the key that will save this our great nation from falling total .We are not fighting against flesh and blood at all .Ignorance many destiny in Nigeria than any thing I encourage all to know that love is great weapon to help us win this war we are facing now.

The name of your business dream is very important ,so i advise any one starting a biz to carefully choose the name because a good name is better than gold.Then you must also be mindful of your words and thoghts about your biz.Nigeria is a great country because i know you are a great person so dont be discourage by whatever you are facing now as a biz you will surely make it.
