AUTOMATIC NEGATIVE THINKING SYNDROME.

There are so many things that weigh us down, physical problems, financial issues etc.
I'll be talking about ANTS in the brain; the terrible power of negative thoughts. Thoughts have been proven to create physical reactions in the body. The way you think affects how you feel. Thoughts alter brain wave pattern (a medical fact) for example thoughts affect your heart rate, you can start thinking about something and your heart picks up. Thoughts affect your blood pressure, muscle tension etc. So you definitely don't need ANTS in your brain for sure.

ANTS MODE.

When challenges arises in your life, if you've got ANTS in your brain, you're automatically going to go into the negative mode.
You've got ANTS when;
•You begin to think everything is a downer. This is another setting for failure.
•You're easily depressed. You end up so depressed because you think yourself into depression.
•You forget God. You don't even remember the good things he's done for you in the past, the enemies he's won, the battles he's conquered. Not even a struggle over your faith in God.
•Automatically your brain goes into the negative lane. You think only the bad, only the worse, you see nothing good. A little cough and you're already saying you have tuberculosis . That's when you've got ANTS in your brain.

EFFECTS OF ANTS.
ANTS would make you waste days of your life worrying about stupid stuffs that amounts to nothing. It's so easy so you got to be careful about getting ANTS in your brain.

HOW TO OVERCOME ANTS/CURE.
INSECTICIDE : HOLYGHOST INSECTICIDE.
God knows best how to deal with ANTS. Grow up in the body of Christ. When faced with trials, we shouldn't go into ANTS mode, instead we should remember who our God is, how powerful he is, he wouldn't give you a problem bigger than you, it'll surely pass

Keep believing, keep praying, keep worshipping, keep putting one foot in front of the other and see if God won't be faithful in time. The only thing between you and great Joy is Time. So whatever happens, don't let ANTS eat you up but ye be transformed by the renewal of the mind.
