No. 3 can't be applicable at the moment as WES currently do not send postal mails to schools. I had same issue, sent an inquiry regarding this as I was hoping school would at least get the postal mail for secondary verification even when they don't see WES' e mail. This leaves people with UNILAG getting the "e mail" as the only option. I have an insider that have checked countless times, yet no show. So, I have been left with no option than to wait for the 7 weeks. WES has been frustrating people recently. It's quite unfortunate!

CALM DOWN. I also went through this frustration too with Unilag and WES. ans these questions first- 1) is it BSc or Masters? (2) do you have contact there that you communicate to for Unilag? (3) It is possible that it is with Unilag but has been forwarded to an office( i cant remember) in that same Senate Building. All i know is that they always receive postal mails in that office ( Mailing Unit)and are very very slow so the mail will now be forwarded to the Transcript Unit and it is until when Transcript Unit gets it, then will they communicate positive to you but go to their mailing Room at the Senate Building and check if your name is on the list for incoming mails to the School

I am also in the same situation. WES said I will have to wait for 7 weeks for them to resend. I am just tired of the whole situation. This is the seventh week though, so I will be expecting them to resend anytime from now. Have you been able to sort things out? The worst part is that WES don't send postal mails to schools at the moment. So, there is no alternative to the e mail verification getting to the school.

Please what can I do? Unilag and WES is frustrating me. WES said they’ve sent for verification, Unilag said they can’t see it but WES insisted they’ve sent it. I’m just on hold for months now. WES won’t pick calls again, no reply on twitter and don’t even know what to do..�������
