Oh, ok. That must have been on 'Flow Global' where he said 'At 16 I already gat nerds bobbing, In Ohio now I'm going Eastwards to Jersey'. I guess he was trying to say that he's been rocking the mic since he was 16.

I recommend you listen to the entire EP. There are some deep tracks on that project such as 'Raw African Poetry', 'Ill Meditation' and 'The Rebel (Skit)' where Teck-Zilla sampled vocals from the movie 'Hotel Rwanda'.

Nah! Dude was 17, 18 or so when he recorded his first major rap single with Terry Tha Rapman back in 2007. Why you dey ask bro?

Chidinma is a nice vocalist. And her new track reminds me of Angelina Kidjo. She's really stepping up her game.

Hmm, by the way I think JaFaar and KB of Trybesmen are examples of rappers that also fall under this category. You see, most of these guys had to stick with their various 9 to 5's and most likely have plans of coming back into the game big time later on.
