Beating around the bush? I will answer you. I am a Christian. Now, what is difficult in educating me with the lists of "the impacts the congregation makes after Church gathering" you mentioned. If you can't list them, simply say, 'I can't' and move on. When you do provide the lists I will look at them one by one to see the verifiable truths in them, perhaps, you can convince me not to see Pastor David Ibiyeomie as one of the motivational lecturers and operators of Church Commerce in Nigeria. However, that breath of life demonstration episode has left a not good impression of his stunts on me. I don't know of other demonstrations he does with his workers. I am not sure I will like them if they are organized like the breath of life practicals.

I thought you might begin the list of his impacts by telling us prosperity and financial turnaround which are illusionary. Now can we know other impacts of Bishop David Ibiyeomie on his students that transcend money success lectures. I have listened to his lectures previously, I stopped when I saw an episode where he tried to demonstrate breath of life on one of his workers. In the said episode, the volunteer was slain (supposedly died) through the 'anointing' in the Bishops contact and later was resurrected by the puff of air from the Bishop. People inside the complex were in ecstatic mood while those of us who watched by television saw through the charade. So, tell me the impacts that I didn't see or know about all the while I followed his programs. I will be glad to know of those impacts. I don't see any argument anywhere, I only quoted you once and made a simple request. Are you a Christian? |

Can you kindly list the impact the congregation of Bishop David Ibiyeomie make after church gathering? His lectures are fantastic and the classrooms are clean, his textbooks on financial stuffs are also of a good print but I think people who graduate from Lagos business school and school of economics make more impact. Do you really see that place as a Church gathering? It's not about the marriage stuff now, abi? It now about financial stuff and teaching. My dear, I have no time for arguments. Impacts transcend money! |

Analee: point of correctn,he already has more than enuf members he doesnt even need members,n even if he need members nt thru a statement of ds nature, com to doctor Jesus city aluu n confirm. That's the point still. You are still young in faith. Its not about membership my dear. Its about impact the congregation makes after church gathering. That's what Christianity is all about!!! Trust me, the OPM pastor shouldn't have talked in that line if he weren't trying to indirectly reply Pastor David. No arguments, fellow. I don't argue church matter. I have grown above that in faith. Your pastor or not, it wasn't properly said. That's all. I'm neither a member of the two congregations. And no competition in the Christian faith. 1 Like |

Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministries NEVER categorically said being 35 and not married makes one irresponsible. Google the video and watch for yourself.
Secondly, I think the OPM Pastor is just trying to take advantage of the 'rumor' to 'win' members to himself. Its this kind of OPM stuff, if true, that makes young Christians think the church matter is now about having the largest member numerically. You can marry anywhere. No special standard to marry in Christendom. 4 Likes |

Schwartz:
I read your post a while ago and I am moved to answer. Let me share a small story. There is a guy who studied electrical and information technology in university of applied sciences, Hamburg. He started coding at the age 10 and started this course in Germany at the age of 19 in his year 3 he got a good full time job and his visa moved from student visa to work from which he will be eligible for permanent residence any time soon. Another Naija guy wheel chair bound, a student of the same course, same success story. The success stories of people reading this course has been reoccurring. Especially if you're really good at coding. Don't trade working menial jobs at the interim for a future glory.Even in the so called big cities, the work mostly available is still menial jobs. One thing I noticed about Germany, in most places you find yourself is that once you can speak the language you will get something to do. There must be a restaurant were people eat and dishes needed washing, there must be houses that need cleaning, there must be people moving out that need their stuff moved, baby sitting, lawn mowing, gardening etc During holidays you can move in with friends / naija brothers who will take you in for a fee while you work for a substantial amount of money. Holiday jobs in Daimler, Amazon, BMW, factories, production companies, etc. Hard tasking jobs but at least good pay. If your sole aim is to hustle after euros, do 2 , 3 jobs and send money home then go for big cities; Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin etc but if you wish to get a good well paying and respectable job with the ability to convert your study visa to a permanent stay then go for that elect. & IT course. For others asking about which city to choose, I will give same advice IT is tough and coding is not a child's play in fact I know people that couldn't weather it they dropped out. But at the end it pays, engineering also. This is just my humble opinion based on experience Nice overview. Can you shade some light on studying Biomedical Engineering as masters course while having an EEE Engineering Bachelor's in Nigeria. Thanks. 1 Like |

neahyo: Good day house, I asked a question the last time and no one responded I'm not offended anyways.
My appointment with the embassy is slated tomorrow by 7:30am, I am applying for a Schegen visa since I would be spending my first semester in Germany and the remaining three semesters in Spain (Erasmus Mundus Exchange program). I would be grateful if anyone can provide me with useful tips.
Thank you. Its still the same procedure. Get to Germany first then apply to Spain for the remaining semester after your first semester in Germany. Did you win an Erasmus Mundus scholarship? |

sesason4u: Hello house!
It's been a while here and kudos to everyone keeping this thread alive (much respect for the Ancestors). I would like to encourage prospective Engineering/Computer Science applicants to explore Master of Science in Communication Engineering or Power Engineering or Informatics at TUM. While doing this, try garner the necessary IT skills before you leave Nigeria. It will surely help you here, both for study and student jobs.
Wishing all prospectives a successful application process. Cheers! What skills does someone intending to studying Communication Engineering need? What software and programming language would you advice someone to learn? And many more counsel if you wish. |

Which German city or state requires replenishing of the €8700 in to one's blocked account for visa renewal after one year? Which do not require that as well? Please, kindly advice. |
