pls what is the latest regarding 2017/2018 PG ADMISSION. Being waiting but was told their office has been shutdown due to the strike. pls any update on UI PG admission 3017/2018 particularly for Ph.D Edu tech ( Teacher Efucation department)

PLS an a PhD aspirant, EDU TECH, i have paid successfully using the online payment option of GTB. since then each time i try to see if i can continue my registration from the existing applicant. it flag error, applicant not existing. pls i need help as the deadline is fast approaching. pls kindly help and also add me to the UI PG WASAP GP.
