Good morning everyone,

Please I don’t know if anyone had this similar experience.

Submitted my passport for stamping since July 17th through dhl.VFS Lagos received it on the 21st of July on the 23rd I got a notification that my passport was in transit to Abuja vfs,when it arrived I as well got a notification .on the 26th which was the last email I got,I was informed my passport was in transit to IRCC office for processing.

I’m yet to receive any notification since then.

So I was able to track it and the information I got was your processed passport has been forwarded to Canada visa office for processing on the 26th July 2023.

However I’m yet get a notification from IRCC that my passport has been received.

Is it possible for me to go to the IRCC office in Abuja myself?

The last mail I got is Your application, tracking ID No. **** has been received at the Canada Visa Application Centre, Abuja OC on Wed Jul 26 2023 and is in transit to the IRCC Office in Abuja OC for processing.

My travel date is next week as the summer school I am to attend starts 12th.

Greetings everyone. I just received this email from VFS “The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. 202….. has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in Abuja CVO”

Pls when should I expect passport collection email?

@Emmafe I got a mail from VFS that my passport is ready for pick up at Abuja CVAC, meanwhile I submitted in Lagos through DHL. How do I go about it? Should I wait for them to send it to Lagos? Or make arrangements for pick up?

New portal. Applied May 18 2023. Got PPR May 26. The conference organiser wrote to the Deputy Canadian High Commiission and all so maybe that's why it was fast. But out of 8 of us, only 3 in Abuja have visas . The rest of us in the center of excellence are still waiting
