I studied Animal production and livestock management

with cgpa of 3.58.

I have gotten my transcript from my school,recommendation/reference letters from my lecturers and Attestation/English language proficiency....

The only course related to my field during my search is DIARY SCIENCE in CAU KIEL University...Please how can i apply,i really need guidance

I got admitted in that department on the condition that I must submit English language Certificate; they rejected the English proficiency letter I sent. Hence I suggest you start working towards getting any of the recognized English certificate.

Another Agric course you can try is Sustainable International Agric University of Gottingen, they accept English letter though application is only for winter.

I dont know about care concept. I only know about aok, barmer, and mawista.

Mawista is sehr good and cost 37euros. they never disappointed. their customer service is awesome. their services are good likewise Barmer.

Alright thanks so much

if possible stay away from AOK. Barmer or TK is ok for public.

Welcome to Bonn with smiles

What about private insurance, is care concept better than Mawista?

For people close to 30, 30 and above, you're advised to subscribe to private insurance because public insurance becomes much more expensive for people in this age group it shoots up. Now when you subscribe to mawista either through fintiba or directly, you also get a certificate and payment starts In Germany.

The only advantage private insurance has over public is the charges, that's all. In other comparisons, public insurance trumps.

Alles klar?
Ask more questions for clarity.

welldone for this......Pls for people above 30 is Mawista the best option? if not which can you recommend?

Vielen grüße

Congrats....
Got admission in the same school, have done my enrollment but no AD yet, am to start lectures on the 21st of October. Don't know what to do.

You need to email your course cordinator explaining the delay and asking if you can resume decemeber since you have enrolled. Then book a new AD using first week of decemeber. Luckily you will get a date, print the email your course cordinator sent and you enrollment certificate and go with them for your interview.

So I had my interview today July 26, 2019. Got to the embassy by 5:30am. Was told to hang around and wait till 6.30am. We weren't attended to till about 6:30am. Our appointment printout was checked and stamped while we remained in queue. Schengen Visa was firstly attended to, followed by student visa. My documents were checked then I went to the reception to wait, there we noticed that the applicants before us spent longer time than normal. One guy came out from room 4 and was sweating that increased our fears.....lol.
But then my interview went well tho it was longer than I thought. I was interviewed by the dark woman in room 2.

Now to the interview

Me: Good morning
Vo: what visa?
Me: Student visa
Vo: Let me have all your documents
Me: Alright ma. Everything?
Vo: Can I have your passport?
Me : Gave it to her.
Vo: You are going for masters right?
Me: Yes
Vo: Which School and course
Me: SIA Gottingen
Vo: ok
Vo: Your email is.........(printed 2papers and gave me; confirm your data and sign)
Me: yes they are all correct ( then I signed on both)
Vo: Put your 4fingers, right hand first and then your left hand
Me: placed as requested)
Vo: Can i have your visa fee?
Me: Gave her
VO: Your passport photography.
Me: I actually forgot to remove them in between the cash, started looking for them until I remembered. Then I told her the photos are in BTW the cash and she already had the cash in her hand, she started laughing asking while I left the photos there. I just smiled and laughed too...lol

Vo: Alright. Lets start the interview now.
Vo: Have funded?
Me: NO ma
Vo: which school are you going to?
Vo: Course?
Vo: Why this course?
Me: Told her, she wrote down few words so she wouldn't forget while typing.
Vo: Is the course in English?
Me: Yes it's taught completely in English
Vo: Do u speak German?
Me: No, still learning
Vo: What level?
Me: A1
Vo: Have u been to Germany before?
Me: No
Vo: Do u know anyone in Germany?
Me: No
Vo: Have u applied for German visa before?
Me: No
Vo: why Germany?
Me: Mentioned few points.
Vo: Why masters in SIA?
VO: What do you know about know about Germany? I want facts ie geography, economy, government.
VO: Here is a three in one question....Why Germany? Why not Nigeria? Why not UK or US?
VO: Your interview has ended

PS my interview went well aside it was long, she spent time typing and repeating same questions

Thanks for reading.

May God grant our heart desires..... Amen

Peace out!

[quote author=SooCute post=79314171]Hearty congratulations newly admitted! Lob sei Gott!!
Apologies for those i am unable to respond to their PMs na hustle cause am.

I wish to thank all the contributors in this forum. just to add to what @Eldee narrated, i'd list few things that you might need to consider now you might still have time.

1) Get a drivers licence/learn driving. My company offered me a car, but i no get license. it will give you access to wide range of job opportunities. I no come fit spend 1800 euro plus the time to get am sharperly. To buy car here easy...sometimes you might wanna be sassy-classy grin grin grin grin grin grin grin.renting a Mercedes benz here for trip ( during the interview if i can learn in 2 weeks, they said "leider nicht".(Unfortunately no). Fvck! i lost the job and missed the fvcking cozy office grin grin grin grin grin grin

Baba thanks so much, your post dey always make sense.

PLS which of the drivers license? Local or international

PS International expires within 1 year, while local 3/5 years.
International is cheaper and easier to get though.

my very good friend also went today for her interview and she wasn't sent back...she told me the VO asked her about the category she booked , she said category A..she also went with HND....the VO checked her appointment letter and asked her when she booked, she told him may 31 so the VO told her she is lucky because no category was stated on her appointment letter.

They allowed her because no category was stated on her appointment letter which was an error on their part.

Yes some people got admission in April without skype interview.
They stated on their site that they will conduct interview if further information is needed from the applicant.

I had an interview for Masters in Integrated Plant and Animal Breeding on Monday for the same school.

Pro Tip: Relax, It's not that deep.
Now that you're relaxed, go study the course curriculum, the fact that I mentioned my basic experience with R programming made the interviewer relax a lot more. (R programing is core of my intended course, figure out what yours is).

Pls do you have any tutorial material on R programming? If not where can I find good tutorials? I read on my module that I will be doing a course on it, so I want to prepare ahead.
I am also going to Gottingen though for sustainable international agriculture

Thanks so much for your insightful contributions, may God continue to bless.

Pls I will like to know what opportunities are available in the Agricultural sector. I studied Agricultural Economics in Bsc and have been admitted to study Sustainable international Agriculture in University of Gottingen. Though going through my modules I read I will be doing a data analysis and programming course which involves the application of IT in Agriculture.

I will really appreciate your advice and I don't know if you arte in touch with any Nigerian in the Agricultural field in DE; I am yet to see any post relating to Agriculture and Job prospect in DE.
