You see! A major problem with Nigerian companies is inefficiency and a lack of capacity. I made an intrabank transfer to their UBA account with the advised remark which is my phone nos. They stated on their website that wallet would be funded within 10mins, otherwise they should be contacted via sms/whatsapp. I sent them my details via SMS with my details and reg. phone nos on their platform. I have called them severally and they promised to work on it but nothing is being done. It is so sad! Bad service must be called out. Mobilenig is an exemplar of bad service and a reason why people say things don't work as it should in this country Nigeria. This message would be taken to other social media platforms. Good riddance, indeed.

U guys act like scams I have lost many customers because of ur lackadaisical attitude.... I paid since over two days and my account hasn't been credited called ur customer service and they are telling me its not there job but that of my account manager. My account manager on his own chooses when to pick his calls, and still doesn't act as expected. My money is just hanging.
