Please how does someone download his CBT result bearing his name from Pearson vue account

I mistakenly used my middle name as my last name when creating the nmc UK Account
is this going to affect me when I finally start application that is upload my passport ( which shows my first, last name and middle name)

is there a way one can delete the account and create a fresh one?

my certificate from council as well as my Notification.
