Lol, they didn't even notice all those ip1 and na7 movements. After AOR they just relaxed until they got PPR mail 2 weeks later It was like they that dream I have over tapped into it but alas, still in ip1 after almost 1 month. Lol

But you see, our struggles are different. They had issues with WES and then IELTS, while other have a breeze with Ielts and wait 6 months to PPR

Amen, it will. The fastest I've seen was my friend that got PPR in 2 weeks yet they have travel history. So it's really not always about that.

The challenge is I do not keep any funds in my salary account. I sweep it clean into my savings account which has a healthy balance

Questions are: is this a request just to ascertain my salary or is this another form of request of proof of payment? Do I send every proof of funds to be on the safe side or just my bank statement of salary account and adhere to instructions?

Who knows? It might be a way to confirm your work experience is actually paid. I think the fact that it was deposited by the company over 6 months is what they want to confirm not necessarily that it remained in the account.

Even without calculating I can see your 2 major issues.. One is age and the other is the IELTS. do you have plans to rewrite Ielts? because that band score will drag your CRS down

Not the letter. I raised CSE for new passport as old one is expiring soon. One kind fellow replied me (after two weeks) confirming the updated passport. He then said that he’s sent it to my visa officer in London and I can email them directly with similar updates in the future.

Oh wow, it is well. If they like they should take it to Jupiter visa office, so long as we will receive our PPR in the end, no shaking

Since middle of February for me. But I got confirmation that I’m in LVO so I’ve recalibrated my mind to get ready for 5 months wait.

Oh wow, really? what confirmation was that? the job bank letter? I have had a previous US visa refusal so there is the probability I end up there as well.

Approach a lawyer he will prepare the gift deed signed including his seal and help you with notary lawyer or you go to high Court as suggested for the notarization

I don't think that their link really matters much. I know of someone whose institution wasn't listed there, (I barely even know the school) but is currently having her credential evaluated. Best bet is contacting them directly on social media. Heard they respond faster there.

Na to wait and see the outcome of the evaluation na , what if they evaluate it and say its not equivalent to a Canadian degree? anyway I wish her the best o, just joking around
