I'll suggest you send a mail to nmcn, after paying you should get a mail almost immediately that will allow you continue with your application

Ask someone to pay for you from UK, or use flutterwave. To use flutterwave you'll download barter app by flutterwave, and create a virtual dollar card to pay.
