Generally in Nigeria we most appreciate working in an office but i discovered that sometimes there are jobs outside offices that fetch cool money. I'm a graduate of kwara state polytechnic and from research i was able to discover this goldmine that people have overlooked over the years and it's outrageously rewarding do it yourself or employ a cheap labour

1. Always eat breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You should not ignore it. Although many people still believe that eating less would be better, but it's opposite, you will lose stomach fat faster. When you wake up and you have been without food many hours, it's important to supply your body with a complex healthy nutrition that set your metabolism into action and
gives you a consistent energy supply throughout the day.

2. Avoid bad sugars

Try to avoid processed and refined sugar that can be found in sweets and soft drinks. Taking it too much, could be unhealthy and can cause diseases such as diabetes and obesity. All that contain simple sugars, you will risk to gain overweight. Complex carbohydrates are a better energy source because they supply an even level of blood sugar.

3. Drink plenty of water

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day! You should drink at least 80 ounces of water each day, or if you are a highly active, drink twice that much. Highly active persons should drink approximately in every 30 min, to ensure a good fluid balance. Try to replace a high calorie drinks with plain water. That way you will save yourself from extra calories.

4. Eat 5-6 small meals

Eat at least 5 meals per day in every 2 to 3 hours. This can really help to boost your metabolism and help you to get flat stomach faster, you won't be as hunger when eating 3 BIG meals per day. Eating smaller meals each day gives the body a steady supply of energy and prevents binge eating and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced.

5. Eat lot's of fruits and vegetables

Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. The benefits are, you don't have to worry about getting too much calories, because they are low-calorie foods and they include the required vitamins, fibers and antioxidants. As an example, I would include, green veggies, berries, pineapple and soy beans (rich in amino acid) in your daily diet.

6. Do not skip meals

Skipping meals is also bad, because it has an effect to slower your metabolism. It is an opposite than many people think. When people think, that eating less is better when it comes to weight loss, they are seriously wrong! You can ask yourself, why stay hungry and as a result of being starving, you start binge everything that tastes good and that's not the way how to get a flat stomach

Above I listed the basic things, that you should take into consideration, when you are trying to lose stomach fat and get six pack abs!

A clearly visible six pack abs are possible only if you burn more fat than you consume. This seems to be a problem for most of us! Basic exercises, like squad and dead lift are the best exercises that help you to burn overall fat. Training your abs will become necessary only when you want to shape or develop the abdominal muscles. Ab exercises are not the main priority to burn fat from the mid section!

Stop smoking. Not only will this help keep your blood pressure in line, you'll also diminish your risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Smoking is main risk factor for atherosclerosis.Smoking injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. So even though it does not cause high blood pressure, smoking is bad for anyone, especially those with high blood pressure. If you smoke, quit. If you don't smoke, don't start. Once you quit, your risk of having a heart attack is reduced after the first year. So you have a lot to gain by quitting.

Weight Reduction. Obese patients should lose weight.There's a direct link between being overweight and having high blood pressure. The more overweight you are, the greater the risk. Start by making small changes. Cut 200 to 300 calories from your diet each day — about the equivalent of saying "no" to two chocolate chip cookies.

Decrease salt intake. High salt intake is linked to high blood pressure. You should consume no more than 2,000 milligrams of sodium per day (about one teaspoon of salt). The average American consumes twice that, often through canned soups, frozen dinners, soy sauce, pickles, olives and processed cheeses, which are loaded with sodium. Read food labels and select reduced-sodium products. Try to select food with low salt.

Add more fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products to your plate. Eat one additional fruit or vegetable with every meal. Shrink the size of your daily meat intake to six ounces, and designate at least two dinners a week as meat-free. Fatty diets do not directly affect blood pressure. However, saturated fats and cholesterol in foods raise blood cholesterol, which increases the risk for heart disease. Foods high in fats also are high in calories, which must be reduced if you need to lose weight. Like smoking high cholestrol is also a major risk factor for atherosclerosis.

Limit alcohol consumption. Drink no more than one 12-ounce beer, one 5-ounce glass of wine or one swallow (1.5 ounces) of 80-proof whiskey if you’re a woman. Men can double these amounts. Anything more elevates blood pressure. You can reduce your blood pressure by 5-10 mmHg by just restricting Alcohol intake.

A salt free diet is the best for itch; you can resume salt after you are cured. Take tomatoes and green gram for lunch and bread and green vegetables for dinner. In case green gram is not available, eat germinated gram.

Itching skin may be covered with a light paste of coconut oil and lime juice. That will destroy the germs that cause the itch. Keep away from members of the family, as itch is contagious.

--Dab egg whites on your face, particularly on each pimple, at night before bed. The next morning you should see a great improvement plus the benefit of an extra smooth face. Be sure to gently cleanse.

--Mix about a dime size of honey and the liquid gel from an aloe vera plant. Break open a leaf from the plant to get to the liquid. Rub the mixture on pimples, it smells yukky, but you should see a difference the next morning. Repeat the process the next night, if necessary.

--Gently clean your face, then dab on benzoyl peroxide at the onset of a pimple. Start with a small amount since it can dry your face out and also cause redness. It may last a couple of weeks, but then go away. Continue with the regimen, at least twice a day, and you will see your face clearing up.

--Mix 1 tsp. of cream of tarter with your favorite juice and drink once daily. The cream of tarter acts as an antioxidant. With continued use pimples will clear up in about 3 days while preventing other breakouts.

This surely works for face i guess it should also work for your chest
