Politics / Acpn, Pdp Trade Blames Over Rigging, gbenga Olawepo Promises Change In Kwara by experts: 9:34am On Mar 17, 2011
http://kwarachronicle.com/?p=255

Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has petitioned the State Security Service, SSS, alleging a bid by Allied Congress Party of Nigeria, ACPN to use members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to rig next month’s election.

The party’s publicity secretary, Isiaka Danmairomo said yesterday in Ilorin that the alleged plan could threaten free and fair elections.

The PDP’s petition entitled “Inducement of corps members by ACPN to perpetrate electoral malpractice”, were sent to the state Electoral Commissioner, Timothy Ibitoye

But the ACPN spokesman, Abdullahi Oganija, described the allegation as spurious, urging the PDP to stop “using diversionary measures to cover its expected defeat during the April polls”.

The development came as about 200 PDP members in Asa Local Council defected to the ACPN. They were received at Ballah by the ACPN’s national chairman, Dr. Olusola Saraki, during a campaign tour.

It would be recalled that Lagos lawyer, Femi Falana, had earlier written police authorities demanding the arrest of alleged PDP thugs who demolished the billboards of opposition politicians in Kwara, particularly those of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN governorship candidate, Muhammed Dele Belgore, on the eve of President Goodluck Jonathan’s visit to the state.

Falana claimed in a letter to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) that the thugs demolished the billboards and unleashed violence on the community at the behest of some government officials and bigwigs of the ruling party. .

Meanwhile, the governorship candidate of Democratic Peoples’ Party, DPP in the state, Gbenga Olawepo, has told the people it was time for change, saying the PDP, which had held sway in Kwara in the past eight years, had not made any significant difference in their standard of life.

Addressing a crowd of supporters when he launched his campaign at the party’s secretariat around Sango Market, Ilorin, he said the wind of change blowing across North Africa with the recent developments in Tunisia, Egypt and the battle against dictatorship still raging in Libya, couldn’t elude Kwara State. He stressed that it was time for the people to be liberated.

Olawepo promised to create 4,000 jobs during his four years in office if elected and called on his supporters to cast their votes for the candidates who would pursue their interest and asked them to defend their votes.

Olawepo, a former students’ union activist and founding deputy national publicity secretary of PDP, questioned the credentials of some governorship candidates in the race, saying “Those now wielding brooms around should be asked about their pedigree. Where were they when we began the struggle?”

He also took a swipe at the ACPN governorship candidate in the state, Senator Ruqqayat Gbemi Saraki, asking her to wait for her turn.

Politics / Olawepo Promises 400,000 Jobs In Kwara by experts: 9:25am On Mar 17, 2011
http://thenationonlineng.net/web3/news/30994.html

DEMOCRATIC  Peoples Party (DPP) governorship candidate in Kwara State Mr. Gbenga Olawepo has promised to create 400,000 jobs within four years, if elected governor next month.

He said the jobs would be created through the development of agro-allied industry, investment in agriculture and industrialisation.

Olawepo spoke with reporters in Lagos.

He said: “I will establishment an ethanol plant, palm oil processing, groundnut processing mill, rice processing mills in addition to entering into a joint venture with foreign investors.

‘’We will increase workers salary because Kwara workers are the least paid in the country.”

The DPP candidate said he would give priority to  education by making primary, secondary and vocational education free.

He said schools would be renovated and teachers recruited.

In addition, he promised to pay West African Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO)  fees for pupils.

Olawepo said if elected next month, students of tertiary institutions would be paid bursary while indigent and gifted students would be given scholarships.

He said through prudent use of the money from the Federation Account, he would be able to fund these programmes.

Olawepo, who insists he was elected governor in 2007 “even when the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was still united and strong, before my victory was upturned,” said he would win  next month.’’

He said: “If I could defeat them in 2007 when they were united, why not now when the PDP has been factionalised into two with some of them moving to the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN).”

Olawepo described the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) as “a small party in Kwara, which has been factionalised into three.”

He said  ‘’both the ACN candidate, Mr. Dele Belgore and the PDP candidate Fatah Ahmed are new in politics.

“Gbemi Saraki, the candidate of the ACPN, has never campaigned statewide. She has only won election into the Senate, which is a third of the governorship constituency.”

He said he is the most experienced candidate given his showing in 2007.

Olawepo said the state’s voter register was credible.

He hailed the Police for providing a level paying field for all candidates.

PRESS RELEASE

APRIL POLL, A LIBERATION STRUGGLE IN KWARA – DPP GUBER CANDIDATE
The Democratic People’s Party, DPP candidate in Kwara State, Hon. Gbenga Olawepo has described next month’s gubernatorial election as a liberation struggle that will bring the much needed season of change in the State.
Olawepo ,who was speaking before thousands of party faithful and supporters at the flag-off of his state wide campaign in Ilorin yesterday, explained that the expected change will rebuild the state and transformed it into a modern and prosperous one.” Wind of change is blowing everywhere and Kwara State will not be an exception. The coming election is the biggest opportunity for us in Kwara to break the yoke of poverty, unemployment and ignorance. There is always a time and season for everything under the sun, and the time to say no more slavery and yes to liberation is now. The April poll is a struggle and your vote for DPP is your power of freedom,” Olawepo said amidst cheers from supporters.
He recalled that Kwara State was once a prosperous State with large and medium scale industries which employed thousands of Kwarans and non-Kwarans. He therefore promised to break the cycle of poverty in the State by creating 400,000 jobs in four years, through the establishment of agro and oil related industries.
The DPP candidate also promised that women and other vulnerable groups will be assisted to become self reliant through the provision of soft and interest-free loans, while salary of civil servants will also be increased. “If we stop stealing and reduce government bloated overheads, there is enough money in Kwara State to take care of the people. For instance, in the 2009 budget estimates, the salary for all Kwara workers was put at about N5 billion, while government overhead was N11.5 billion. Does that make any sense to anybody?” he queried.
The party’s chairman, Alhaji Abiodun Usman also presented to the teeming supporters, Alhaji Bashir Lawal, who will Olawepo’s running mate, and other candidates carrying the party’s flag in the poll.
Earlier, the Party had inaugurated the campaign committee under the Chairmanship of Alhaji Usman Olesin, while Comrade Lanre Fulani is the Director General. The duo will oversee the four-level campaign structures made up of mobilisation, monitoring, media and organisation services committees.
Politics / Dpp Candidate In Kwara Gbenga Olawepo Decries Violence by experts: 4:35pm On Mar 15, 2011
http://thenationonlineng.net/web3/news/30702.html

Democratic Peoples Party (DPP) governorship candidate in Kwara State Gbenga Olawepo, who flags off his campaign in Ilorin today, has decried violence in politics.

A statement by the party yesterday said Olawepo will address his supporters at the Olawepo campaign headqurters at Atiba Iya Lamu, Kulende.

It said his running mate, Bashir Lawal, will also be present at the rally.

`’’Today’s event will precede the state-wide campaign rallies by the DPP’’, the statement said.

The party urged its supporters to maintain self-discipline and non-violence. "These attributes are unique to members of this party that will form the next government in Kwara state," the statement said. "DPP can not afford to join the emerging political culture of violence.

"Unleashing violence on citizens it aims to empower is never DPP’s culture. We praise our supporters for not imitating the culture of violence that is not in Kwara State’s character ", the party said.
Politics / Growing Uprising Against Gov Saraki’s Misrule In Kwara by experts: 4:06pm On Mar 15, 2011
http://kwarachronicle.com/?p=234

The growing but subdued discontent with the eight years of misrule by the Governor Bukola Saraki administration in Kwara State has snowballed into a series of violent street protests in Illorin, the State capital.

Economic and social activities were paralysed for several hours on Wednesday,16th February in Ilorin, following a violent demonstration by youths who were protesting the abandoned construction work on the Olulande-Ita Iya Alamu-Offa Garage road. Several people including one policeman were seriously injured during the protest. The violent protest started as early as 6.30am by youths in the area, who barricaded major roads and link roads to the Offa Garage-Ajasse Ipo road with bricks and blocks. The angry youth also set up several bonfire along the road from Michael Imodu Labour Studies Institute junction up to Ola-Olu-Stella Obasanjo junction. The youth in their thousands were chanting anti government slogans like: “Kwara must be free”, “No to slavery by Saraki, Bukola and Gbemi”, “Leave our state now Saraki”, among others.

It took the anti-riot policemen several hours before they could restore order and normalcy to the road as several canister of tear gas were fired to disperse the protesters. Kwara state Fire Service were also brought in by the government to put out the bonfire and tyres set ablaze by the angry mob. One of the protesters, who spoke under condition of anonymity, explained that life had become unbearable for people living along the 2.5 kilometre road. Reacting to the incident, Bode Olayemi, the state commissioner for works and transport, told journalists that the road was a federal road being constructed by the state because of its concern for the people. He pointed out that the road was still ongoing and not an abandoned project as claimed by the protesting youths. Ezekiel Dabo, the police public relations officer for the Kwara Command, in his reaction urged the people of Kwara not to take laws into their hands as government was doing everything within its reach to fix the road

Meanwhile, the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) is planning a 10,000-man march over non-payment of its 2009/2010 bursary by the state government.

NAKSS had stormed Ilorin, the state capital, last week Monday, in protest over the unpaid bursary.

Twenty seven students were arrested and arraigned at a magistrate court.

They were charged with criminal conspiracy, intimidation and assault on public servants, mischief and disturbance of public peace.

An Ilorin magistrate court freed the student leaders on Monday.

National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) spokesman Bashir Ademola said the state’s students would protest until the bursary is paid.

He said: “Our bursary must be paid without delay, this is the solution to the present crisis.

‘’Today, lecturers of the colleges of Education in Oro, Lafiagi as well as the College of Arabic and Islamic studies are on strike.

“As the teachers went on strike, students are being induced by some politicians to be their thugs but we shall not accept such offers. They play politics desperately at the expense of the educational and social development of the state.

‘’This makes them give unfounded meaning to our genuine protest, saying we are being sponsored,” Ademola said.

Also, workers under the umbrella of Committee of Unions of Tertiary Institutions (CUTI), Kwara State chapter, has embarked on an indefinite strike.

The institutions are the College of Education, Oro, College of Education, Ilorin, College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Ilorin and College of Education (Technical) Lafiagi.

The union had given the state 14 days ultimatum, which expired last Thursday.

In a statement, CUTI Chairman and Secretary, Mallam Lamidi Muhammed and Mallam Amuda-Kannike AbdulKareem said they were protesting the non implementation of the Consolidated Polytechnics and Colleges of Educations Academic Staff Salary Structure (CONPCASS) and Consolidated Tertiary Education Institutions Salary Structure (CONTEDISS).

Politics / Open Letter To Buhari - Ribadu And Their Supporters by experts: 8:00pm On Feb 11, 2011

It will consequently be exceedingly rare that a good man should be found to employ wicked means to become prince, even though his final object be good; or that a bad man, after having become prince, should be willing to labor for good ends, and that it should enter his mind to use for good purpose that authority which he has acquired by evil means. - Niccoló Machiavelli, The Discourses.

Dear All,
I give glory to the names of God; the most compassionate the most merciful; the creator and controllers of Christians, Muslims and Animists.

I am expecting this to draw your indignation and condemnation or admiration depending on where you stand. I am expecting this to make you want to reach for my jugular and put me to shame by responding to the key demands I will make. I am writing this with open mind and without prejudice. I am writing without bias against anyone but in my usual frankness and sincerity.

I have observed that all of us have one main goal which is driven toward a greater and united Nigeria. I have observed that all of us want a corrupt-free Nigeria where young people are increasingly given greater roles in leadership and where everyone can at least be proud to be a member of a united Nigeria. Where every tribe can feel at home and ever religion can practice freely without someone throwing stones or drawing daggers at anyone. A nation where there is mutual respect and love.

I have been a strong supporter of Buhari for long just I am a fan of Mallam Ribadu. I must confess the two will never have come to my mind if Mallam Nasir or Okonjo-Iweala is in the race because Mallam Nasir, despite his shortcomings knows Nigerian problems and is well prepared to lead this country out of the word than any of these current presidential candidates. He is practical and quite frankly, know what to do. I will have loved to throw my support behind men like Col Umar Dangiwa ahead of Muhammad Buhari because he represents finer quality than Buhari. I will have love to throw my support behind Mrs. Sarah Jubril for her courage and consistency despite the quantum stupidity from women delegates who ought have used their influence to finally release their dreams of producing female president. I will have loved to support Sule lamido for his grass-root brand of politics. I will have love to support pat Utomi if he had done the right things (funny most of his followers are now in camp of Tunde Bakare, no thanks to the man of God shred political move and his special appeal). I will have loved to support fresh faces…

Sadly, I have no input in how a president emerges or who emerges. We have been programmed to vote one of the evils they will offer us. It is for this reason that I have opted to be neutral as far as presidency is concerned.

We are not interested in your candidates’ past. I am interested in their plans. We all know the direction the incumbent is going and we need no one to tell us what his policy will be like. We are interested in how your men (Ribadu and Buhari) will make a better alternative. We are interested in having a robust debate between the two men as early as middle of February and as late as early March so that we can see who among them is “mentally sound” (as we can’t afford another mad man in office again) we want to know who among theme has the best plan and not who among them will clean-up Nigeria.

All these talks about cleaning up Nigeria are rubbish. All these talk about eradicating corruption is absurd. There is corruption everywhere in the world even in USA. There is corruption in Ghana, Iran, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, China, Russia and even UK and we have not heard that all their leaders are completely exterminated before they could maintain order and sanity. We need a leader who can successfully reduce the menace at the same time use his influence convert many pillagers to new life. We have laws which are not enforced, and we have a faulty constitution which we are not interested in amending. We are afraid of allowing the people to talk and decide their own destiny while holding them together by force.

I am interested in how you will govern and not in your pasts. I want to know the solution to Niger Delta problems and South East kidnapping. I want to know how they will solve the Jos crisis once and for all. I want to know how you will create massive 50 million jobs in a year and how the educational problems will be addressed. I am not interested in your past shortcoming or heroism. After all Hitler was seen as hero before he led Germany Just Abacha was celebrated before he became the Head of State. He was thought to be a clean man who has no interest in power. The political elites praised him and expected him to nurture Nigeria into a stable Democracy and restore June 12 mandate. “Mr. Clean” was later to become the most corrupt and blood thirsty dictator in Nigerian history. I am not interested in how many people Ribadu convicted (though not a single one of those he convicted has come out to say he was wrongly convicted) or should have convicted in the past or whether he was dancing to the tune of anybody. I remember Yar’dua was seen as Obasanjo puppet only for him to go strongly against Obasanjo and his men. He failed after revising and dumping OBJ programme so that he will be seen as his own man. He failed despite being acknowledged as incorruptible honest man. He failed despite trying to please Nigerians. He failed despite declaring his assets and making a landmark decision on Niger Delta problem by granting the boys Amnesty.

Both Mr. Buhari and Mr. Ribadu must as a matter of urgency arranges to have debate between them that must be televised across the world. The debate must focus on the present and the future and not on any past integrity or mistake or name calling. People like me want to know who is real among these two contenders by listening to them discuss policies and solutions to the problems ravaging our country.

I am urging their supporters to stop the campaign of calumny and character assassination against the other candidate(s) forthwith. There is no denying the fact that both candidates are actually alike and they are the same. All attempt at packaging one better than the other is like putting water from same well into a bottle and another in a can while claiming one is better than other. Both are etched from the same root. It is only the container housing them that is difference. We are not interested in the container but the fact that they contain the same thing.

Third, General Buhari must start talking to us just as Mallam Ribadu has been doing. Let him answer his own questions and stop employing PR experts, bloggers and half-baked, ill-informed communication experts whose only goal is to discredit all other aspirants to sell theirs. I know General Buhari will not condescend so low as to exchange words with Mallam Ribadu, but his men are doing damages to his reputation through many silly comments and character assassination directed at Mallam Ribadu. It is becoming an embarrassment that must be halted.

Nigerians are tired of misinformation and empty promises. We have seen it in the past and we are seeing it again. We are tired of people whose only goal is to make history at the expense of the welfare of the masses. We want something more concrete. We are not interested in how many looters your heroes want to put behind the bar, but how many looters they will convert into “saint(s)”. The best solution to crimes is to make it unattractive to both new and old criminals and to embrace new life. Corruption will never disappear by just clamping people in jail; it will disappear when you make it unattractive while tackling the root. I long to hear both Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and General Buhari talk about the root of corruption in Nigeria and how they intends to stamp out the root and replace with something more attractive. Our jails are congested and our corrupt leaders are living like kings in prisons only to come out and enjoy their loots. This is not the solution.

To my Esteemed Mallam Ribadu and Gen Buhari (and other presidential candidates);
You have been talking so much about bringing security into Nigeria, and restoring power supply. With due respect, this is arrant nonsense! How many of you have visited Jos city lately and talk to the people while telling them how you intends to solve their problems? We all know that Jos problem cannot be solved by deploying troops to the area, so what are your plans for the disputed land and how do you intend to solve the problems of Indigene/Settler dichotomy? How many of you have gone to Niger Delta to have a firsthand experience on their problems and tell them how you intend to perform better? How many of you have visited Dunlop Nigeria and other important Companies in South West that have turned the once pride of the nation factories into warehouses to discuss what the problems is really like and listen to them directly? How many of you have gone to Borno to discuss with Boko Haram members and feel their grievances while listening to them and also proffering what you can do better than the incumbent? How many of you travel by road along our “deathtraps” called roads, from Benin-Ore to Niger Bridge and all our waterways to see the magnitude of the problems and then feel what the people are feeling? How many of you have gone to the remote villages where there is no electricity and talk to the people? How many of you have had your relatives kidnapped in the South East and you gallantly walk to the den of the kidnappers to tell them how you intend to reform them? How many of you have visited Aba and other promising commercial cities in South East to see the level of rot in that part of the country?

All you rely upon is statistics and the knowledge of “experts” who may not even know the terrain and may as well turn out to be sycophants ready to do their masters bidding instead of offering professional advices: The people who will be imposed on you by political godfathers that work toward your election. All you rely upon is to win election and then appoint Special Advisers and all those jobbers to oversee that task for you. This is not the way it should be. While, I am not saying you should know everything, you must at least be familiar with the problems and see with your own eyes before you start making promises. The President of United State, Barack Obama, John McCain both visited Iraq and Afghanistan to have firsthand experience of those countries during their campaigns just as they visited the major supermarkets and industries affected by the recession and then told the electorates what they have to offer and what they can do better than the incumbent. It is only in Nigeria that we are being fed with hope that tomorrow will be better when those who seek to effect the change are busy making Today look like their last pay day. They want to effect a change while they are afraid of risking their lives and comforts to see the real situation on ground. And once they get to power, they would surround themselves with thousands security men and erect a wall between themselves and the people they are leading.

We are tired of hearing how much poverty is in the land and how large is the youth unemployment or how bad our educational institutions are. We want to hear your action-plans and what you will do better6 than the ruling party and not promises. We are tired of eating from the promises served us from our politicians’ mouth! We want action; we want to see you demonstrate that you know your onions and are ready to start working. We want you to start looking at the wrong policies of the ruling party and speak up instead of blindfolding us with empty promises. We are tired of living on hope and good luck we want ACTION

We are tired of hearing how bad the ruling party is and how incompetent her members are. We want to know how you will transform Nigeria through your own party (which sadly lacks any concrete ideology) and how you intend to perform better than ruling party. We want to know how your parties will look into the issue of grassroots participation and how much values and respect you place on the ordinary people who will queue on Election Day. Start coming out to talk to us and the common people and stop restricting your big grammars and mellifluent speeches to the media and intelligentsia. Come closer to the people who are voting you and not the people who are pushing you to go ahead only to decamp from your party when you lose the election! Your best friends are not the men in your parties but the people on the streets. We are tired of your perennial bashing of PDP and it members; we want you to present us with credible alternative.

As you read this, I want to add that we are tired of voting based on party divide. All the parties in Nigeria except Labour Party and National Conscience Party have no ideology! They are the same and are mere assemblage of people that come together with sole interest of gaining access to power. That is why the largest party is a collection of saints and sinners all cohabiting for wrong reasons. In the coming election, we want to know you. We want to vote for who you are and what we stand for. We are not interested in your past but your present and in what you want to offer. We are not interested in your parties or who is giving you money to fund your campaign, we are interested in your transparency and openness. Even if armed robbers gave you money, we would like to know how much. We are not voting any deceptive party anymore we are voting men and women with vision and leadership qualities that can affect others positively.

While you digest this piece, I want to let you know that I have no grudge against any of the candidates even GEJ. But I believe that among the people lining up for presidency, GEJ is the least of those I will endorse. The best of the candidates stand between the two of you (Ribadu and Buhari). You both have the best chance to transform Nigeria but you are not the only one. There is Donald Duke and Dele Momodu, write them off at your own peril. They are there to win or split the votes and not to make the numbers. The earlier you all start being unselfish and reach out to others, the better for the polity. One thing I know is this, should you all fail to stop this Mutually Assured Destruction MAD, campaign, you will wake up after April Election to find out that all of you are losers. The only winner will of course be the man whose political ascendency had been built on luck and misfortunes of others.

Bill Gates’ visa application for Nigeria was rejected by its government initially. They wanted Gates to show proof that he would not reside in Nigeria indefinitely and cause a strain on Government’s services.

Bill Gates was recently visiting Africa, probably for his Gates Foundation charities, wanted to travel to Nigeria. He needed a visa from Nigerian Government, so when he applied for the visa, Nigeria denied him. The Nigerian government requi, red proof that the Bill Gates would not stay in the country for a long time and become a burden to Nigeria’s social services and immigration. Nigeria because of its oil wealth, many from other African countries immigrate illegally, so the Nigerian governement required assurances from Bill Gates that he will not be in the country for long. A travel document expediter CIBT helped the billionaire Bill Gates overcome the hurdle by helping him with his application, obtained a letter from Gates’ bank that reassured the Nigerian authorities, who later approved his visa.

Islam for Muslims / Dajjal, The Anti-christ Has Been Existing by experts: 11:34am On Jan 06, 2011
Dajjal has been identified!!

Do you know the Dajjal (the anti-christ), the one-eyed giant prophecised by the messenger of allah has already been in existence for the past 473 years & has been identified? You may be amazed to know that it is completely different from what it is thought to be today. To see what it actually is – read the book ‘Dajjal? The judeo-christian civilization!’ and watch the documentary film of “Dajjal? The judeo-christian civilization!

It will be in possession of two things similar to heaven and hell. What it will claim to be its heaven will actually be hell and what it will refer to as hell, will turn out to be heaven (Bokhari, Muslim). It will be in possession of huge quantities of 'rezk', meaning sustenance from which it will distribute among those who accept it as their Rub. They will dwell in prosperity, while those who oppose it will not be provided any sustenance from it. Furthermore, they will be imposed with sanctions and embargos. In this manner the Dajjal will enforce misery on Muslims (Bokhari, Muslim). The Messenger described the Dajjal as the gravest danger and the most alarming event to ever face mankind from the Creation of Adam to the Judgment Day (Muslim). To further stress on its importance, the Messenger of Allah himself sought refuge with Allah from the malaise (Fetnah) of the Dajjal (Bokhari).

THE DAJJAL, THE ONE-EYED GIANT HAS ALREADY BEEN IN EXISTENCE.

THE PROOF OF THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH’S HADITH:

THOSE WHO RESIST THE DAJJAL WILL BECOME IMMORTAL

There is a particular reason for our claim that that the Judeo-Christian civilization is the Dajjal – is now beyond any reproach. The reason is the Messenger of Allah has said, “Those who resist the cursed Dajjal their honor and prestige will be similar to the shaheeds (martyrs) of the battle of Badr and Ohud.” - (Bokhari and Muslim) – this hadis is turned into reality before our eyes. The Dajjal has been identified by the Imam of Hezbut Tawheed and his followers are actively engaged in unmasking the true identity of the Dajjal in front of the people of this world, thus resisting the Dajjal. There is no other group, no other entity that has correctly identified this fearsome giant, nor is nobody trying to resist it. Therefore, according to the hadis of the Messenger of Allah, every member of Hezbut Tawheed today has earned the status of being a living, breathing martyr. However, the claim of shahadat for so many people is not an empty one, either it is all documented and the proof is being provided by the Almighty Himself. The proof is: according to the medical science within 2 hours of a person’s death, the body starts to become rigid. Within the next 12 hours it becomes as hard as a piece of wood and turns ice cold. The body stays that way for 24 hours after which it slowly starts getting softer to decompose. This is the biggest proof of death and referred to as ‘Rigor-mortis’. Bodies of all dead creatures- man and animal go through this same process.
Yet, for sometime now, we have been observing with great amazement that this universal law of death is being altered in the case of Hezbut Tawheed members. In the case of any member’s passing away, the body neither turns rigid nor does the temperature turn sub-normal. Their bodies retain their lifetime flexibility and normal temperature. In one case the condition has remained the same even 27 hours after apparent death. It is not even that they died in battle to establish Allah’s truth- they died from common illnesses and some of them from injuries received in accidents. Also, these incidents are not one or two in number, many and all properly documented and correlated with witnesses’ names and signatures – which can be provided. The fact of a dead body not turning rigid is in direct contrast to all laws of medical science – and an unprecedented occurrence. The question is – what can the explanation for these extra ordinary, natural law defying incidents be?
The only explanation is that the Almighty Allah has accepted the Dajjal resistant members of Hezbut Tawheed as shaheeds, martyrs even while they are alive. The Almighty has affirmed – “And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah, “dead”. They are living; they receive provision (Rezk) from their lord.”(Al Qur’an- Sura Baqara-154, Sura Emran-169). Therefore, the shaheeds, martyrs are living beings in the eyes of Allah. On the other hand, the Messenger of Allah has referred to those who resist the Dajjal as living shaheeds. Thus, in keeping with the word of Allah and His Rasul, those who are resisting the Dajjal of the Akheri Zamanah, i.e. the members of Hezbut Tawheed are not dieing, they are shaheeds, martyrs. And the fact of the matter is, members of Hezbut Tawheed who are actively involved in the resistance of the cursed Dajjal are earning the rewards of two shaheeds even in their lifetime. For this reason, their bodies do not go through the natural process of rigidity (Rigor Mortise) and icy coldness of death they remain soft and flexible. Although apparently death overcomes them, in truth they remain immortal; they just go behind the screen and disappear from our sight, when they are laid in their grave.
Therefore, it is proved beyond doubt that what the Hezbut Tawheed is resisting, e.g. the Judeo–Christian civilization is the Dajjal. Also, it is proven that Hezbut Tawheed is the group about which the Messenger of Allah prophesized so many centuries ago. This greatest glad tiding has been brought to you today. The chance to receive the unimaginable honors and prestige associated with the resistance of the Dajjal is before us to make use of. Therefore let us all partake in this unique opportunity to win the honor of two magnificent shahadats.
