I've been addicted to masturbation since 16, how I discovered it is a story for another day. I became a chronic masturbator. Sometimes I do it 5 times in a day. My highest record was 8 times in a day. It was so bad that porn sites became my most visited site.

I did it everywhere; on my hospital bed when I was sick, in the church's toilet, in my granny's room, on my grandpa's grave, e.t.c. It was that bad. My own level of masturbation addiction was mental illness.

However, I decided to stop masturbation and I've been on the journey for 4 months. Also, I decided to get a girlfriend, and lose my viginity. I got a girlfriend, we had our first sex and it was beyond embarrassing. If I count my strokes well, it's not more than five.

We tried the second round, same thing, third round same thing, fourth round same thing! I'm in trouble! Is this how whack my sex life is going to be for the rest of my life? I can't last more than 10 seconds no matter the rounds. How can I redeem myself from the damage masturbation has done to me? I need help please!
