ezjen: Pls Jide, I've been having this problem on my line since October, with no resolution until now. My line is a postpaid line, it was suspended for its debit stance. While it was still on suspension, an auto renewal of 5gb data was effected thereby throwing the account into further debit. Because of this debit, I can neither make calls or even use the data package. I've called repeatedly asking for a refund for the data renewed since a suspended line can't be debited any further- to no avail. Pls help me look into this issue. I've PM my # to you. Tnx.
