For a while now, I've been trying to apply on this same portal, I've completed my profile and everything is fine, all I'm left with is the payment part.

Now here is where the problem lies, anytime i try to pay online, it brings me the below attached picture. Kindly help me check through the picture to ascertain that the recipient bank account details are correct (the account name and number) .

now, if the recipient account is correct, what about the "not available" text i rounded with a red circle in the second picture i posted??...is it something to worry about or i should just proceed to paying?

You are on the right step.

Do not mind the "Not available" and pay. Once you do so, your application will be updated automatically that you have paid.

First, it was "Access Denied", i came here, read complains and solutions... i unregistered, used a new email..... now i can't pass the pre-registration page, it says "An Error Occurred While Processing.........." And it's past 6pm, yet it's not going through.

Relax, not from your end alone, we too applying for applicants also experiencing the same. Just follow the thread well, once the site is back, we will update it here.

Have you been able to work on the lower cadre site of the fire service?

That is another war entirely . it is only going on phone and even on phone it might takes you several hours before you will do one successfully (In the midnight with chrome). But on PC,is not even going. I don't even apply for lower cadre applicants again because it is just a waste of time and they will think you don't what you are doing if you tell them what you encounter doing it. I only accept the higher cadre (MSC, BSC and HND) that one is going smoothly.


Modify: It seems the fire service site is going smoothly now, just open it and it went successfully but you can't upload passport unless you use phone

My Observation for the ongoing FRSC recruitment which enters third week today

If you want to apply for this recruitment, make sure you do so early in the morning, at least do it to the next of kin stage, then you can proceed later as you wish. Any application in the day time from 9am to 6pm always results in error, though they might later send the code, but many may not get it if they don't refresh that particular error page.

For Applicants experiencing Access Denied in their application;

For those, that don't know how to unregister their previous application due to the access denied error, you don't have to unregister your failed/error application in other to have access to the new application. You just have to create a new email (Don't let it have any identity or correlation with former email used) and also, anything can be changed from pre-application Stage (First Page when applying on the site) with your previous application except (Position, Date of Birth and Phone number), once you submit this, you can't edit it again except the rest. So make sure this three are correct when replying, don't change them at all.

Also, once you encounter access denied, don't use phone again. Make sure the new application is been done on PC for easy access.



Note: 9am to 6pm, the site is off for pre-application. If you try it around the duration stated, you may encounter an error message when you click/press submit button (An error occurred while processing your request, please contact Admin or Try again later). Once you see this, leave that page. Around 6pm, come back to that same page and refresh it, you will be surprise to see a message directing you to check your email for the application code. But, if unfortunately you see error a message like; "Email has been used by applicant, if it is you login into your page". Go and check your email and if you see nothing inside, you have to start all over again with new email.

So is better, you do everything in the midnight or early in the morning before 9am.

New Applicants can't get to submit the pre registration page to get log in details.
Old applicants can go ahead with their registrations but know that the site is not really that stable, so you may experience glitches...

As usual. I said it. Anything from 9am till 6pm, New applicants won't be able to apply. I am very sure by 6pm, the site would be back. That is why i make sure i do all the pre registration early in the morning, then complete later in the day which the site is always stabilize for that.

I think doing so is intentional. Because it is happening almost for a week now. many applicants don't know all this except we that applied for applicants. Well, the best known to doing so.

It seems the site is having error since yesterday. No Matter how you tried to "Complete Application", There is always "Access Denied".

This has been happening since yesterday, If you experience it, i think is from their own end.

It seems the web is down again for the first stage submission. This has been happening for the past three to four days where you can't register in the morning from 9 am till evening period 6pm.

If you are experiencing error this morning submitting the first stage to get a code, retry with the same email in the evening, it will surely go.

But going smoothly for the applicants that want to proceed their applications after receiving the application code.

The portal was ok around 6:30am to around 9:45am, afterward, the issue of error came back. Lets be hopeful that it will soon be back.

But those that have received their code, can continue the application, but make sure you change password or else you will experience "Access Denied" which mean you will have to start all over again.

So for each step, if don't you know what to do, ask questions, don't jump and do it without knowing what it entails so that you won't issue at the end.

Hi Guys,

The web has been down since morning. Don't panic if you have been experiencing "An error occurred while processing your application, please contact admin or try again later".

Some applicants have used different emails because of this error, do not panic. It is error from their end. The web is only going for those that have received their code and want to complete their application. But for those just starting the application from the beginning, it is possible to witness the error for now.

The issue has been coming and going for the past three days. Lets just relax for now, once it is back, you shall be informed.

At first, I didn't want to respond to this but when I saw another person with the same issue, I decided to respond!
With the error message like that, two things are involved: Is either your email has been used by another person or Your earlier Registration has been accepted and the log in details sent to the email you provided (It happen to me yesterday while registering a customer, The site was misbehaving and it was given the error message of Contact admin stuff, When I tried to register the person back in the midnight, I got the response that the email has been used, so i checked the mail and I saw that the log in details has been sent since). So go back to check your mail for the details and if at the end, you didn't see the mail, Please try and start all over again.

Once you see error or contact admin in the first stage, keep refreshing same page, and leave it. come back some hours later and refresh the page, you will be surprise that the code has been sent to the email. For those that want to apply but getting "The email you are using is already been used by somebody else. Well what might caused it is because you have used the email before though you might not see the application code and you want to use the same email again, it won't go. Once you use the email, weather it goes or not, it won't go again.

But goes in a rare cases where you will see "contact admin or try again later" but the code is already in your email, i experience it today for like two applicants where we can't submit their info not knowing the application code was already sent to their email.

You can apply both on PC and Phone now, a lot of upgrade was done when they went offline yesterday. So you can apply with any device but make sure that you change the password sent to your email after you have login before you start your application fully or else you keep getting the same access denied.

For those re-applying, swap all your info at the first stage of application except Position, Date of birth and Phone Number, then you can swap the correct info back once you by pass access denied stage.

I was banned by the mod for no reason (fabem).

Be inform that the site is not going since yesterday afternoon, applicants can't submit to get a application code, no matter how you tried,same thing happens to all applicants through yesterday. The error showing "you should contact admin or try again later". What happened? Reasons best known to them alone.

So do not panic, once the site is fully back, I will inform you guys to continue your application.

Hello guys, It has been a busy period of registration for this FRSC recruitment process. Different issues and glitches but we were able to try our best in solving, bypassing and maneuvering almost all the issues and glitches.

MEANWHILE: WHO HAS NOTICED THAT SINCE NOON OF TODAY, NEW APPLICANTS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REGISTER AND PASS THE FIRST STAGE TO GET THEIR LOG IN DETAILS. THE RESPONSE THAT KEEP COMING IS "THERE IS AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST, CONTACT ADMIN OR TRY AGAIN LATER". TO ME I THINK THIS IS HAPPENING DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEIR BACK END DATA BASE MIGHT BE FILLED UP ALREADY AND THEY MAY NEED TO UPGRADE IT.
OR AM I THE ONLY ONE EXPERIENCING IT? KINDLY LET ME KNOW AND SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE TODAY.
