You can call me wild but I dont feel jealous when my girl tells me she is sleeping with a woman. I prefer me sharing her with her fellow gender than me seeing her with my fellow man lol |

Hello Nairalanders, I am seeking some advice regarding a situation I've been dealing with concerning my landlord, and I would appreciate your insights and suggestions. Here's the scenario: I moved to Ogun state three years ago for a factory job opportunity. Initially, I resided in a 'face me I face you' arrangement, which was comfortable in terms of privacy but lacked the amenities I desired. Eventually, I found a self-contained apartment recommended by an acquaintance. Although the landlord resides in the same compound, I maintained a respectful distance and ensured minimal disturbance. Recently, I transitioned from the factory job to remote work in the tech industry. When I informed my landlord about this change, he unexpectedly contacted my mother abroad to verify the information, which left me feeling uneasy about his level of intrusion into my personal affairs. To add to the discomfort, my landlord visited my apartment last week to inspect for damages, a task he had never performed previously. I complied with his request but was disheartened by his sudden shift in attitude, seemingly fueled by unfounded suspicions about my livelihood. The latest development occurred when a friend sought temporary accommodation for two months due to his own housing constraints. Without prior notice, my landlord insisted on meeting my friend and threatened legal action if we failed to comply with his demands for formal documentation. With my lease expiring in October, I find myself questioning whether this living arrangement is sustainable, given the increasing interference from the landlord. It seems that the ideal living situation might be one without a landlord breathing down my neck. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to navigate this situation. Has anyone else experienced similar challenges with landlords, and if so, how did you handle it? 1 Like |

How i wish my ex can see what bleaching does to the body. Now it is too late because if she stops, she will have to start covering her face for the rest of her life. she is now as fair as bobrisky and you cant hold/squeeze her hands; that place will just become red and scar her for life 3 Likes |

In discussing rehabilitation, it's crucial to recognize the nuances of human behavior and addiction. While some individuals genuinely seek help and strive to overcome their struggles, others may not be as receptive to rehabilitation efforts. It's evident that those who willingly acknowledge their addiction and actively seek assistance are more likely to benefit from rehabilitation programs. These individuals demonstrate a readiness to change and are open to the support offered. However, when it comes to certain groups like 'yahoo boys', the effectiveness of rehabilitation appears questionable. I can attest to this from my own experience. When I battled depression during my time at LASU, I sought help and was taken to a rehabilitation center by my brother after a suicide attempt. During my time there, I encountered individuals involved in illicit activities like online fraud and substance abuse. Despite spending months or even years in rehabilitation, many continued their harmful behaviors. They found ways to circumvent the system, whether it was sneaking in phones to engage in fraudulent activities or indulging in drugs within the confines of the center. It became evident that genuine change cannot be forced upon those who are unwilling to embrace it. While some may verbally express a desire to change, their actions often betray their true intentions. It's not a matter of lacking willpower, but rather a fundamental resistance to change that must be addressed. Rehabilitation efforts must be tailored to the individual, taking into account their readiness to change and providing support accordingly. For those who are truly committed to transformation, rehabilitation can be a lifeline. However, for others entrenched in their ways, alternative approaches may be necessary. In conclusion, it's essential to acknowledge the complexities of addiction and recognize that genuine change cannot be imposed from external sources. Instead, it requires a sincere desire and effort from the individual themselves. Only then can meaningful rehabilitation take place. |

Goldenboy007:you are so right, those guys will tell her how she can get rich, telling her to keep it a secret cos she will die before 7days,this kind of thing had happened to my friends..but they use charm on their victims because you will come to your senses after they are gone |

tbh the only advice i will give you is anytime you see people on the street trying to get your attention just leave that scene because immediately you talk to them their charm had worked on you...this kind of fraud is popular in my area in ikotun and people talk about it in ikeja too..that very moment you start talking to them you don't know what you are doing again |
