That is where I was coming from. I just kept quiet to fagwalawa and coolk
I believe that disbursement of individual funds is not uniform. If one is able to achieve their milestone faster than the others, there is no way they will have to wait until every other business has achieve theirs before they trigger. All businesses here are independant of one another and that is how YouWiN treats it. But probably because the circumstance is different in our case it was made uniform.

Business / Re: Youwin Business Competition 2013 by fagwalawa: 5:04pm On Mar 09, 2016
We first of all waited for the lauch of the program, then waited for closing the first round, then waited for the announcing of result then waited for training then waited for opening of second round then waited for closing of second round. We waited for second round result then came in the interview.
We waited for the interview then waited for the result then we waited for signing date then waited for the first tranch.........then waited for training then waited for festivities to pass to avoid embezzlement then waited for another training then for transfer of funds to TSA then waited for Codes then UBA-IBTC garnishee saga then waited and waited and waited......Chai.

I dont get it. How does what i get to say here got to be dictated by somebody else? How does MY discussion of MY own business gets to indicate my lack of sympathy for others that are yet to recieve their tranches.
While i deeply symphasize with all the comrades that are not paid yet, and hope for the best for them and all of us, i refuse any move from any self appointed dictator on what to or not to say.
Third tranche, third tranche, Third tranche.

Yeah Parashi place seems to be loaded with it coupled with a bunch of untrusting fellows. Just what difference will it make when ABHAKS confirms? I being a member of this forum from the onset told you categorically clear that i recieved my second tranche and someone is still seeking confirmation. Question is: what do i stand to gain by playing with people‘ feelings and emotions?

Fellow awardees, anyone in the house who received his Tranche 1 within this week? Pls let us know because we are still waiting for ours #Gombe. Thank you.

Peaceful Valentine's day celebrations.
Nah.........i don‘t think so. This thing is proving difficult even to the Youwin itself.

Yeah, any kobo less millionaire going to boot camp next tomorrow? Eh? Dont even bother to pretend. Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto and Kebbi despite opening the account on the first week ordered are all as at now kobo less millionaires.

It should be remembered that the warning sms sent clearly stipulated that people must ensure that they finalised their account opening by the 21st of this month.

This is strongly indicative of their intent to disburse not earlier than the above date. Expect alert from next week friday.

Cant we get it right for once?

Havnt YouWin secretariat supposed to have learnt from past mistakes and improve?

Must it move from bad implementation to worse implementation?

Despite all the critics on the net cant they even prove the critic wrong?

Must they continue to subject us to ridicule as we have been singing the praise of Okonjo-Iweala YouWin and some people are now making jest of us that YouWin fund has been donated for campaign, that we should be expecting different kinds of deception, then finally hiding under the fall in naira and crude oil get the shocker of our life after, waist of our time, money and energy.

HOW I WISH ONKONJO-IWEALA AND GOODLUCK CAN ANSWER ALL ABOVE QUESTIONS...
We can only keep hoping against hope so as to remain sane. So many questions without any reasonable answer. I tell you man this anxiety is killing me.

A Youwin 3 awardee into crop farming is just telling me his disbursment schedule shows he is to get 40% of total approved grant as first tranche. I told him it should be an error, cos I hear everyone is getting 20%. Anyone here into crop farming? Pls correct me if I'm wrong.
I am a crop farmer and yes 30% of my awarded sum is my 1st tranch. So in a way he could be right as the money is probably divided in accordance to individual need.

You people should cool your nerves and leave each others neck alone.
If anything, you will go back to offering that faithful god your prayer and fasting so that the funds will land quick quick.
Though i reserve the feeling that anxiety, stress, disappointment and starvation can be potentially explosive if you know what i mean.

Best option........Find something doing. Engross yourselves to avoid the continued ranting and undue embarassment.

Northern elite eh! Stagger i suggest you find another BS of an excuse. Not to try blaming any shortcoming to the north and notherners.

This program is all incoporating. So i can‘t see any reason why it‘s opposition is coming from a particular geography.

This program is runned by humans. However good their intention, they bound to make mistakes. But from the look of it not from some peoples view point. First it was the Youwin staff looking to generate interest then it was the banks not opening account and now the northern elites.

Many administrations have come and gone with both good and bad policies each of which is attributed to them.

As an upcoming generation i see no reason why we should be taking the wrongful path of ignorance, undue apportioning of blames and disunity.

There are a lot of ways we can campaign for Mr president. There are a lot of ways we can paint his good picture. There are many ways he by far supercede his political opponent but amateur segmentation is not part of it.

Thanks for the clarification Denn. You seem to have an educated perspective of the situation.
Though from different region, i am also into agro-production/processing. Looking forward to our future co-operation.

Am......house? Did anyone realised that the exchange rate is now 180 naira to a dollar? A whooping difference of 30 naira when compared to the time of our initial proposal.

It is well.
