Hi, do you mean the 4-in-one birth registration process?

Please, I’m confused how to go about this birth certificate. They gave me this site at the hospital
Www.serviceOntario.ca/newborn,I saw that the amount and time of processing is different from the one I’m seen here. Please what is long and short form? I called the office, I was told that if I want them to expendit it. That I have to write and give reasons and proof.
Please:@https://www.nairaland.com/hotstepper, I need your help. Thanks.

Have you given birth? If yes congratulations. How was Dr Ted services? How much did you pay peditrician?
Yes, I have giving birth. Thanks!
Dr Ted wasn’t on call, I was lucky to meet Dr Nicolette Caccia, she was so nice.I actually wanted to use her at first but she was full and not ready to take any one with more than 32weeks.
I was also lucky too with the pediatrician, no problem with the baby, I ended up paying 100$.
I’m here now, trying to fill the birth certificate form.

Please I need help to fill the birth registration and certificate. Question: how many parents will be listed on birth registration and how many will be certifying the birth registration?
I’ll been doing certifying too. My husband is not here, so how can I fill that part.

That I have to pay for paediatric when the baby is born or when it turn out to be c:s, I need anaesthesia. I called the hospital, they weren’t able to tell me the exact amount. Please who have used Humber River Hospital before, please help a sister. Thanks

Would you be required to pay extra for extra night in the hospital if it becomes CS?

Yes, those amount quoted for mother and baby are for one day. The extra doctor’s fee if it turns out c:s is the 200$. Making it 1500$. Let just say for normal delivery is 1300$

Hi,
I also didn’t indicate it when applying, but I sent them an email, which was’nt replied.
My advice for you,is for you to wait, to declared it at the time of entrying ( try to fill the landing form when you are returning back)like me I wrote 45days and she asked me question base on that why 45days, then I told her coming for birthing.
Getting a doctor> you have to come first.
I hope this help.

Stmema:
Good day house,
please i am new here and have acouple of questions that havent been answered so far...
i am due in october and i applied for a visa in canada but i didnt indicate i was going for child birth, instead asked for a normal travel visa and the time duration i filled is 1 week. this is because i didnt have enough information then. having gone through this thread, just discovered there may be issues at the POE. what is the best way out? im expecting my visa latest next week hopefully but since i applied for a week vacation and didnt indicate pregnancy,is there an email ad or something i can send a change of intent mail to AFTeR i get the visa? or is there any other way?
2. i would also like to have a doctor's number i can liase with cos i was told they will only check me when i come in and wont accept to talk to me over the phone cos of distance and all...
pls respond ASAP...thanks all

Oh good..How much is he charging u? r u staying with someone?

I’m 38 weeks now. I’m staying with my friend.
The amount I’ve paid so far at Humber River Hospital, I was total to setup an account but I decided to pay all.
Mother:2680$
Baby:825$
DR TED KOSKELA:Registration:120$
when I got there he told me 1800 for normal delivery,
I told him I don’t have that kind of amount, more over and going to pay cash, he reduced it to 1500.
But, i pleased with him that I have 1300.
He them agreed and said if it turns out to be C:S I have to add the 200$ because he will be paying his assistant for the c:s. I agreed:
So, I paid 1300$
Lab test: 78$

Total amount paid so far:
2680:mother
825:baby
1300:Dr TEd
120 Registration @the doctors’ office
78 for lab tests

Total:5003 Canadian Dollar.

Please I'll like to know how your appointment with TED went.

Brampton civic is a bit cheaper than Humber river though. Dr Ayodele still takes non-OHIP, but you'll pay 3500 delivery fee at first meeting

My appointment with Dr TED went well, he’s nice and friendly, I was able to get a discount from him.He said I have to do all my labs test again but took my scans.

Hello everyone, my updated-I arrived yesterday to Ontario, everything went smoothly, when I applied for my visa, I didn’t declared my intention, after reading the comments here, I decided to send the embassy an email I got automatic respond that my mail is received that they will get back to me, which I never got.
POE- experience
On the flight, I was giving landing form to fill, I wrote my intended day of staying in Canada (45days) when I got to the POE,
POE: why are you staying for 45days?
Answer: I’m here for giving birth
POE: have you been here before
Answer: yes
PoE: any food
Answer: yes, potatoes flasks
PoE: Alright, good luck on your birth and welcome to Canada
Answer: thanks
Searching for Doctor and hospital: I went to Humber River hospital today, went straight to the birthing ward, met a lady at the front deck, I explained to her and she then refer me to a doctor, and told me the amount for the hospital that I can set up account with them now, which I did
Amount per night for mother:2680$
Baby:825$ per night
She gave me this doctor DR TED kOSALKA
Please, has anybody used him or know him? Planing to visit his office on Monday. OR can anyone give me any other doctors contact that works with Humber river.
