Our client, in the downstream sector with leading position in the Nigeria Oil Industry focused on improving operating efficiencies in all areas of the downstream sector is looking to hire an experience Factory operator to be responsible for the operating and maintaining of automated machines and equipment used in production lines

JOB SUMMARY
The Factory Operator's responsibilities include setting up, overseeing, operating and maintaining automated machines and equipment used in production lines as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. A successful candidate must be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy, maintaining the production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Note that this position demands stamina, a successful candidate must be physically fit to be able to lift heavy loads.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Operating and maintaining automated machines and production line equipment.
● Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
● Following the company’s guidelines on health and safety standards and other specifications.
● Monitoring the assembly line, removing faulty products or machines and to report any problems to the Supervisor on duty.
● Maintaining a clean worksite to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum of 2-3yrs experience working as a Factory Operator.
● Good knowledge with automated machines/factory lines.
● Background in a factory preferably an automated factory i.e., the big FMCGs (Coca Cola, Nigerian Breweries, Chivita etc).
● Able to work as part of a team.
● Good communication skills.
● Physical dexterity.

Our client, a leading marketer of refined products in the downstream sector of Oil and Gas in Nigeria is looking to hire a Financial Analyst with Five (5) years’ experience to analyze the Company’s financial performance by collecting, monitoring and reporting data.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for assisting and preparing timely and accurate financial reports to help drive profitability and results. The successful candidate will be highly responsible for accounting and internal financial support, reporting and analysis on projects/contracts, assist engineers and scientists in making business decisions to improve financial performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
● Preparing and reviewing of financial reports and other required report and projections based on the analysis performed.
● Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections.
● Coordinating, developing, supporting and monitoring the annual budget process to ensure that each major budget management task is properly planned and supported.
● Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendations.
● Coordinating with other members of the finance team and also work with the CFO when required to review financial information and forecasts ensure accurate financial results.
● Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts, defining accounting policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
● Proven 5years experience as a Financial Analyst or closely related field (preferably Downstream oil and gas sector, FMCG)
● Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
● Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
● Vast understanding of the financial system and institutions.
● Proven leadership abilities with outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skill.
