Good evening, everyone.

Please is there anyone in New Brunswick Community College (NBBC) or just gained admission into New Brunswick Community College (NBCC)?

I have some questions to ask urgently. 🙏

Thank you. I'll just weigh my options because I just don't want to waste application fee.

You have a solid reason to apply for Data Science since you have certifications and work experience in I.T

Okay. Thank you. Probably I'll just continue with the same career and switch when I arrive.

bullstriker:
You can, but you have to convince the VO why you are changing careers. Most people continue with the same career or change when they arrive in Canada to avoid any issues.

I'm currently a student of Applied Geophysics (B. Tech) and will be completing next April. I want to ask if it's possible to change my career path for masters in Canada because I would love to study Data Science. I have some certifications as a Data scientist and I've done some jobs too. Will i get admission and hope it won't affect getting visa process. Thank you.

Seems like a good reason to want to transit to IT, also the fact that IT professionals in naija are well sought after and so many jobs are waiting for them.

Put it in your own words though. Wish u all the best
