Please I desperately need your advice?

Yesterday while going to my girlfriends’ place, I saw her entering a hotel not too far from her house with two bags filled of clothes. (n.b she owns a boutique).
I called on her before she entered the hotel and asked her what she was up to. Though a bit surprised to see me her reply was that she wanted to market the clothes to her customers. She asked why I didn’t inform her I was coming to her place and requested I go and wait at her place that she won’t be long; I told her she should take her time that I will be going somewhere else instead.
Out of curiosity, about 20mins later I went to the hotel to make enquiries as if I wanted to lodge. I had a good look around the hotel hoping I would see her around maybe marketing to one of the hotel staff or at the bar. She was actually in a room.
Later in the day, she called me and I told her about my findings; she agreed she was in a room but it was with a female customer and her friends.
I wasn’t satisfied with her answer so I decided to probe her story deeper with the question ''why didn't her female customer come to her shop since the hotel is not too far from her shop instead of inviting her down''?
On series of confrontation to clear my doubt, I further asked her that if she was sure it was a lady, she should tell me the room number so I can enquire from the receptionist. Her replies to my series of pressure were as follows
'’ we don’t need to go that far I should either believe her or not. That it wasn’t a man she went to see’’
'’ she can’t remember the number that she was picked by the quest and taken to the room’’
'' I should make my intention of what I’m trying to make out of this issue clear to her’’
'' That she went for business and that’s all she has to say''

Please what do you think of her story? What should I do? This is a girl I really love and hope to marry.
