Did you do the 6 year program or 4?

i did 4 years BSC architecture program.

thou I also have a masters in same architecture which i finished in 2022, but that wouldn't help my situation currently. And i have done some research on my own and i was only able to come up with these few options to do assessment, Architecture, Architectural draftsperson, program coordinator. for 491 or 190visa

Good afternoon house,

Do Universities in Australia accept a 3rd class for masters program or PGD?
Do they allow dependent for Student visa?
If tea, I also need suggestions of good public schools that are affordable that I can apply to for Business management or human resource management PGD program for 2025. Thank you.

i had 3rd in my BSc, den i did pgd and master in Nigeria.

i used my PGD to secure admission in Australia to study 2nd master's degree now and here i am in i year in Australia already.
so to answer your question, yes, they only accept 3rd class with pgd don already ,except if you will come and do the PGD in Australia and d money is alot, its easy if you can do the 7-8 month PGD in nigeria and try to perform very well atleast 65% average , that way you will use the GOOD (PGD) transcript to secure the admission.

Primary applicant left around February I had to wait 3 months before started our application ( me and my son). There was also slight delays cause of my work and timing

I submitted my company documents and account statement; with proof of ties to Nigeria and proof that I’ve been in a relationship with my wife for sometime
Travel / Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Firebox: 7:46pm On Aug 02, 2023
so sorry about your refusal bro,

Kindly note that Strong ties back home should be.
1) Wife with or without child
2) work with good salary ( & Proposed salary after your study should be stated and must be high)
3) landed property in your name. ( get a landed document in your name)
4) own a registered business with CAC documents showing your name.

father, mother, brothers & sisters alone might not be enough unless you wrote a very strong GTE that is able to divert the attention of the reading CASE officer to the importance of that course of study and explain how the course will be of positive impact in your country or the problems you will be able to solve in your country if you can have that qualification.

One more important thing. i observed couple of peeps who get refusal used agent who reside in Australia. i will advice new pple who are just about to apply, should try and consider using physical agents that has his/her two legs in Nigeria,so that you will be able to para for them in case you notice any slurgishness. you wont be able to voice out to those once in Australia ,because they will just ignore your calls or chat and there is nothing you can do about it. not withstanding ,there are good once among them but im just saying based on what i heard.

for example.
1) Nigerian agents always source for updates, because they will only be in business if they get more application successful so pple can refer, its there main hustle, while those abroad are just using it as side hustle, so if application is not successful, it wont really affect them in any way because they are still making good money with their job in australia.

2) Nigerian agents also know many tricks to safeguard student and will advice you on what document to submit, the once you wont submit unless the CASE OFFICER request for it except the Agent is not experienced.

3) Agents in Nigeria will always be available to attend to your needs or you can go to their office and clear things out, because of the same time zone and physical presence, also emotional attachment. While those in Australia are doing other jobs or probably Asleep, so they can be offline when you need them the most.

NB: its just my opinion oh,my message is not to demarket anyone but i care more about my struggling Nigerians who are still able to raise this expensive funds for an Australian education ,especially with the serious Hardship in the Nigeria..

martinscaleb:

I think that was my mistake.. I didn’t attach anything else asides family ties.

Since money is not an issues, and you have IELTS, then chec for schools from the following categories:
1. Regional schools
2. Australian university group of 8 (Go8)
3. Level 1&2 schools

you will be at a good advantage when its time to Get Visa to study in the above listed schools .
Sidmond:

Thanks, I just wrote IELTS, not sure the universities to apply to (though I've started my application at UWA) for Masters Degree. Funds can be sorted.
Can you recommend good universities please? Thanks

Do you have an admission? Have you done IELTS? Do you have like 12-28million sleeping in your bank account 🥲

call the school to know whatsup and also try another school. GTE shouldnt take more than 2-5weeks max depending on the backlog, but once you start calling they can fasten your own.

You can actually walking in and get your biometrics done withoutan appointmentbut you will only pay extra 8k

utrills:
Please house I need your advice. I applied for my visa on the 6th which was Thursday last week. Got appointment in abuja for medical on 10th monday which was yesterday. I tried booking for my biometric but the website was down from then all through the weekend. I managed booking yesterday when it started working ,I was given appointment on the 19th. From the visa slip,I am suppose to do the biometric within 14days of receiving the letter. Counting from that 6th that I got the letter, it will be 16days. I tried going to their office in abj to plead with them to,they said nothing can be done that I should wait for my appointment.

I have not been comfortable since then. Have anyone experienced such. Should it be a thing to worry about?

i was the one that actually asked the question during the orientation, but im very positive about the visa ,no negative mindset atall .. but that timing is very important.... july intake is the sweetest because of the free holiday after T2. almost 4month free to work unlimited hours.

humurphia:

I almost did the same thing of registering for my course on study connect.
The good thing is your fees will still be intact if it gets to that stage. I think someone asked a question concerning your situation at the online pre orientation.
To be on the safe side, try to defer before 21st july.
On filing for Intermission. Godforbid, if it was a situation of visa denial , will deakin still refund 100% of your fees?

It is well. lets keep hoping for a positive outcome

omo MAY 11? wow,, that means your PROCESS tracking will be past 49days.

Ngumex:
Nigeria Visa is processed in South Africa along with other African Countries. Pakistan Visa is not Processed in SA. Lodged my Visa May 11. I Never see Response.

I am still trying to understand why the timeline for Nigeria or Africa is different. Is it that they are reluctant?
The mistake i just regret making was booking for a flight. It is well

i have already registered for courses and picked timetable, now school is saying if we dont resume on or before 3pm on friday 21st of july, i cant differ, i can only file for Intermission ,which is more like leave of absence.for that intake. thou i wont need to pay any fees, but i will have to reach out to BUPA to change my insurance date.
..sincerely,i do not pray for it to get to that stage.
its over 6 weeks now. i submitted application on MAY 25, BIOMETRICS ON JUNE 2, MEDICALS ON JUNE 6. like day 43.
No added document was requested and my status is on FURTHER ASSESSMENT since like june 9

Deakin University? Omooo. Be like we plenty
