DHL delivered to VFS Nairobi- 27 November

VFS Nairobi delivered to IRCC for processing - 29 November

Counterfoil generated on GCkey account - 29 November

Passport arrived back at VFS Nairobi and ready for pick up - 30 November

DHL picked up at VFS for return - 1st Dec

DHL returned passport back to VFS Nairobi due to error in waybill number - 4th Dec

DHL pickup again after I contacted VFS and DHL to ask why I couldn’t track my shipment, it was a lot of back and forth sha at the end, i was asked to resend my return waybill paper - 5th Dec

Passport shipped: 5th Dec

Passport delivered and received - 7th Dec

I would like to commend the help of Nairobi VFS and DHL customer service reps for ensuring the issue was resolved with 3hours.they definitely have one of the best customer service team.

Also, if you have the plans to send to nairobi, ensure your return waybill is stapled and if possible attach two copies for them lol.

if your office is accra, after biometrics, it takes a while (2-4 months) till you get medical request. so this is completely normal.

You really have to exercise patience o. Things thing can take a while, just hold on till u r called for medical

You can send to lagos vfs if you not in a hurry. They will send to accra. But I'll advise, try kenya, we that submitted to lagos 27 of October never collect am o

It was processed to high commission on 30th October.

please did you have to submit an Appendix A? it wasn't included in my ppr letter but mentioned on the vfs lagos website

I cant remember o. Just print the whole document because u will need a page there, u will fill d form, height, eye color and d rest

Who has update on passport submission o. I have submitted mine to vfs since 27 of last month

Amazing! and also helps to understand how long the rest of us might have to wait. Were you also getting a lot of ghost updates between june and october? i have been getting ghost updates since medical but nothing new in tracker, very frustrating.

I got 1 ghost update in September then I had one last week, the last one I got was this week then I got the update for eligibility in progress . At a time I had the tracker tab on on my browser so I can check quickly but later deleted it due to frustration. Its was recently I started checking again. Even now I am tired already. This process is very unhealthy to the mind.
