ValarDoharis:Very good question about something most nigerians don't understand. Not everybody should aspire for leadership positions because very few people are equipped with leadership traits. Nigerians aspire to be leaders out of greed and arrogance. Buhari has nothing to be a president with but still schemed his way to Aso rock. My presidency would not favor Nigeria and neither would Obis as he is not rugged enough and has not passed through fire. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Politics / Re: Naira Bounce Back:the Impact Of Cardoso’s Strategies by Firingpin: 9:01pm On Mar 31 |
Cardosos strategy is working but the obedients won't like it at all. They were looking for naira to free fall to 2000 to 1. Very unpatriotic people. 30 Likes 5 Shares |

Waterysperm:Her going to jail would damage Nigerias international reputation and erisco s reputation as well because the IGP got involved. You have to understand that westerners are far more civilized than nigerians and look at things in a more rational and less primitive way. They love a David and Goliath story and trust me,they don't support Goliath. They would turn Chioma into a cause celebre and Nigeria would look like a corrupt, brutal country that victimizes women. I was reading an article in the office in London one year. It was about some arrested people who got freed after spending years in prison without conviction. My colleague,an English man saw the article and laughed for three whole minutes then phoned his girlfriend to tell her that people could spend ten years in jail in Nigeria without conviction. She then started looking at me the way you look at a monkey in a suit. Very embarrassing. Nobody is going to win this case. |

Obi would have scattered nigeria by now. No plan for the party and no workable plan for the country. Just words 1 Like |

Ibkhaleel01:lol, you have no facts whatsoever just wishful fantasies. Northern Nigeria is the most drug addicted part of the country, the Arabs are the most racially discriminating people in the world and are extremely brutal and non feeling..Most of the I.P numbers of people viewing gay films on porn hub are from Pakistan. Stick with facts, don't confuse yourself. |

Phones / Re: Help Me Choose Biko! by Firingpin: 4:22pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
skywalker240:To be candid,I don't go for premium phones because of a bad experience with a Samsung galaxy S2 which I bought brand new for 75k then, Naira was strong then, price iof data was crippling so I bought a BB torch and left the Samsung in a drawer for nine months, when I returned to it , it wouldn't work again but the infinix hot note I bought later worked for five years despite being abused for long periods.Transsion makes good durable phones but they are overpriced. They do not aim for the high end market but the middle and the budget end. I don't buy Transsion phones A.T.M but would buy if the price is right. |

sunshineV:Nairaland games section is a specialised sub section of the forum and not a microcosm of Nigeria.More than ninety percent of Nigerians do not play graphics intensive games so do not need Snapdragon devices. I bet statistics would indicate that most nairalanders don't go to the games section.I myself play chess and Scrabble. Why waste our scarce foreign exchange to buy something we don't need.,you don't need a Lamborghini to go to the supermarket. |

I downloaded a 1.2g torrent file in ten minutes with Airtel two nights ago.Location: Abeokuta |
Phones / Re: Help Me Choose Biko! by Firingpin: 3:02pm On Jul 11, 2020 |
cruzydal:We really need to put things into perspective.Transsion makes makes durable phones but they are over priced. I bought an infinix hot note about five years ago,it only stopped working three weeks ago and I only changed the battery once. At one one point it was downloading torrents continuously for four months without a break with the support of two power banks, generator and NEPA.Those were the days of MTN simple server. A new premium tecno is better than an aged iPhone because of technological advances. Most Nigerians are not into.gaming so Tecno phones are suitable and adequate for the right price. 2 Likes |

In this particular case Tecno is better but if budget permits,go for xiaomi or oppo 2 Likes |
