Please did Vfs send you any email to acknowledge they have received your passport on the same day DHL delivered it to them?


I sent mine since Thursday 1/12/22 and I'm yet to get a response from Vfs to acknowledge they are with the passport, DHL didn't even send me a message I just tracked it and saw it has been delivered. I'm really worried. I sent direct to Abuja.

You’re still to receive some more mails after this. It will state that it is ready for collection.

We did not send any mail.
but we wrote details letter of explanation and a letter of invitation.
We listed all accounts and showed estimated expenses.

The only thing we did was to upload the medical results and a recent proof of enrollment via webform.

Sent passport via DHL to VAC Lagos office December 9,2022(paid for 1 way courier because that's the service they offer for now) delivered December 12,2022.

Documents required for collection of passport:

VFS E-ICR (In case of third party collection - printout of the e-mail and VFS EICR is mandatory).
VFS stamped copy of passport data-page.
Government issued valid photo identity.
Signed VFS consent form from all customer's, for collection through representative including a family member.
In case of passport being received through courier, please sign the Airway bill/Courier company delivery sheet as an acknowledgement
