Good afternoon here. Has anyone tried to withdraw from payoneer to their regular bank account recently? I tried to do that and UBA created another account for me automatically where the fund was deposited.

I went to the bank to complain and they told me it's because of CBN's new policy. That Naira accounts can only receive Naira and to receive USD i must have USD account.

I'll still have to go back to the bank this week to update the new account that was created automatically before I can withdraw my money. Just this week, I also found out that Kuda bank allows you to connect directly to Payoneer and you can even withdraw at anytime and I tried withdrawing as little as $5 in the evening on Saturday and I was credited in less than 2 minutes.

However, the rate of both Kuda bank and regular bank account is lesser than what you may get from exchangers here. But those of us that don't have "MAP" option on Payoneer will have to stick to this method to get our money out.
