While divorce may not be the best thing, if you are fed up, leave now that you have no ties (child). It's good that she's employed and so the split should be around 50-50 and you should not have to support her financially. Whatever you do, try and avoid lawyers except she involves a lawyer and even if she does, please convince her and try to settle amicable else you will spend the money you don't have on lawyers.

It's not as easy lol, if there was a court wedding, you need to go back and file for separation and/or divorce and there is a process.
If there was no court and no proof of marriage then you can just split happily. #my2cents

A guy I know recently relocated to the UK and is tired of his marriage. No children involved yet, and about 10k savings in the bank.

How does he go about it, and will he get burnt in any way. His wife is an HCA. Marriage is 1yr

Definitely not the right person for this. My guess should be to contact a lawyer if he’s 100% certain he wants out and do the due process.

Ogas and madams,

I am in my early stages in UK, just recently registered my LTD, I am interested in knowing what this high paying jobs are (BA, Etc) and I will like to know how I can successfully freelance/contract as someone with a strong IT background, and certification or courses necessary to progress rapidly ( currently on A+ S+ and N+ courses)

Thank you for your anticipated response.

The guys here have said it all. Do you wanna go into Hardware/Software/Networking? That would also direct where you should target. These days I think it’s software n coding that’s in vogue, not too sure though. Firstly your current experience is what would help you land a job then you begin to upskill from there.
I hope this helps

There's a place in Southampton called pairview that do training in data science, but their sales pitch suggests that they want to get their graduates in jobs around the 35-45k mark.

if you're an IT engineer on 400, then you should potentially be looking for 'senior' permanent roles in your field, maybe even managerial roles.

Infrastructure support roles don't really pay that well these days, so your day rate suggests that you're a highly skilled guy....so I'm a bit surprised you're considering starting again in a different field

Any idea how big digital marketing or project management is in this part of town?

Tb vs land ....i bought a land for 1.5 m put it for sale within 6 month to expirement which one was better (I have long suspected land bussiness was luck and speculative ) it now 2 years about to close deal for 1.8 m ....i have closed sale for .1.9m but buyer didn't pay ....but now 1.8 buyer yet to pay but 90 percent certain...profit is 300 k after 2 years...if I invested same in tb at 13 percent year 1 and 14.5 percent year 2 it will amount to...1.940 m .....profit is 440 k
.....but if I did more aggressive marketing I could have sold 2 m...and if I was smart I would have rent it out for 40 k per anum...

Also factor in Agency cost when purchasing the land, documentations and even transport costs to the land severally to validate authenticity...etc vs walking to the bank or conducting the transcations from the comfort of your home/where ever.

Thanks Bros, will transfer money to someone to assist me and do it as I stay in Lagos.

Hope they will reply the same day? I have just 1st of February for my ITA to expire and it's just this WES that's delaying my applicatiin submission.

Hi,

Please how does the ITA work? I thought you first send your docs to WES before you commence application for PR?
Can i go ahead to apply for PR while also sending docs to WES for verification?

Regards
