Due to her long-term association with endometriosis, 47 year old Nike delivered the set of twins with the help of a surrogate gestational carrier in United States of America.
Medical experts identify endometriosis as a significant factor in unexplained female infertility, chronic pelvic pain, and other gynaecological problems.
Expressing happiness and gratitude to the Almighty for making her a mother despite all odds, Nike said
“I am overwhelmed and humbled by the depth of my love for my children. God has been most gracious to me. I am beyond happy.”
Addressing her battle with Endometriosis, Nike said "I have lived with endometriosis since the age of 13. I was sent to boarding school in England when I was seven. I went to prep school. It was during the first few days in secondary school that I began my periods (menstrual). They called the ambulance and I was hospitalized for 10 days because the pain started and wouldn’t stop.
I thought I was going to die. Living with endometriosis is a challenge. When you see your doctor, your doctor just tries to treat the symptoms and assumes the pain revolves around your menstrual cycle. But this is not so. This pain affects every single aspect of your life."
On sex, she said "Women with endometriosis do not want to have sex because it’s painful. It is very, very painful. So you do not want to have intercourse once and it is painful, you’ll not want to go there. It’s not something you are going to look forward to. I have read books on this. And even when you try to forget the fact that you do not want to, half the time you are bleeding. You are either bleeding, or you do not want.

So, on the average, my friends’ periods last about 5 days, mine, if I’m lucky, lasts 7-10 days and if I’m super, duper lucky, lasts less than seven days; if I have eaten what I should, and exercised constantly, it’s not so bad. Exercise works. If you look at a girl’s menstrual cycle, 26-27 days, remove the 10 days she’s been menstruating and remove the days she doesn’t want, when she has pre-menstrual tension.
When every part of you is sore, on those days, you are not going to want, and even on the remaining five or so days that you are ‘OK, you are not going to want to have intercourse because it is going to be painful. You just don’t want to. So you cannot have a proper relationship with a man."

Yoruba actor, YomiFash Lanso, was nearly mobbed by his fans at D’Rovans Hotel in Ibadan area on Thursday afternoon.
Eye witness accounts had it that Fash-Lanso, in company with one of his colleagues at a fashion school in the area, was sighted by few students of the school and asked him and his colleague for autographs, but he bluntly refused their requests despite all pleas.
According to witnesses, his colleague complied while Fash-Lanso did not, prompting the school’s proprietor to appeal to him to give the students his autograph.

To the students’, proprietor’s and passers-bye’s amazement, the actor declined to sign any autograph, saying he would not give his autograph.
Within the twinkle of an eye, amazement turned into fury as the fans nearly mobbed him, calling him names.
One of the witnesses said that the actor’s reaction did not surprise him as he had heard from many that the actor was an arrogant person.
“I have always heard that YomiFash-Lanso is arrogant but I did not believe it until now. I used to like him, but with that display he showed, he’s really a ...”
Another quipped that; “I don’t understand why people would want an autograph from him. The guy is too full of himself and it’s not as if he acts that well. We have seen the likes of Oga Bello, Ogogo, Yinka Quadri and Funsho Adeolu come personally down to greet us and sign autographs for us here. How did you meet and what was the attraction?

Ego: I met him through a friend of mine who is his younger brother. We were very close, he introduced me to him and I liked him. I had been seeing him but we actually started talking at a friend’s party. He was in school then and the relationship was more or less platonic. We drifted apart but met again, started dating for five years before getting married.

Niyi: We just clicked the moment we met. I was in school, far away from where she was. There were no cell phone and we could not keep in touch. When we met again, I started wooing her afresh and she did not give me any difficulty because I was too much for her to resist. When I married her, all my friends were saying how lucky! They said she would be singing for me in the house but she has not. She is hoarding her voice and waiting for me to bribe her first.

What is the most romantic gesture you have ever shown towards each other?

Ego: When we got engaged, he bought me the biggest birthday card I have ever seen in my life. He also organised a surprise party for me and invited friends I had not seen in years.

Niyi: When she was on tour in Cyprus, she called me in the middle of the night, just to hear my voice.

Do you have pet names for each other?

Ego: No. I call him by his name. But on my phone, I save his name as ‘Bobo mi’

What is the most annoying thing you have ever done to each other?

Ego: What most men do. They don’t take extra steps to arrange their shoes and put their stockings inside the laundry basket. They just throw their stuff all over the place.

Niyi: It is annoying when she takes the remote control from me, or tells me to drive the car when I am very tired.

When you fight, who apologises first?

Ego: We don’t fight. I can count how many times we have quarrelled in the past 15 years.

Niyi: A woman is never really wrong. The man is still the one who would apologise at the end of the day.

How do you resolve issues?

Ego: We have different ways of dealing with issues. But we always talk and play with each other even though we may be fighting.

Are you still planning to have two children?

Ego: Yes. I want to have twins at once, as my first children. That way, I don’t have to bother with more children.

Niyi: If she wants double twins, I am all for it.

Former governor of Ondo state, Dr. Olusegun Agagu, was buried at about 4pm today, despite the plane crash involving his corpse yesterday.

He was buried at his hometown in Iju-Odo, Okitipupa Local Government Area, Ondo State.

President Jonathan was not able to attend the funeral but was represented by Police Affairs Minister Caleb Olukolade.

Maste was fired by the management on September 2, due to several reasons. ‘They felt she lacked discipline, she couldn’t be called to order, she would come late to work’, a staff who would rather remain anonymous says.

Prior to joining Nigeria Info in September 2011, Matse, 32, was an OAP at the sister company Wazobia FM.
In an interview back in January 2013, Matse had hinted at quitting radio soon, citing the world of politics as her next stop.
