Politics / Re: Voting Patterns In The South East 1999 Till 2023. Show Me The Tribal Correlation by flokii: 8:41am On Sep 19 |
South East slaved for PDP for decades.. they had the same voting pattern from Obasanjo till Yar'adua which was PDP or nothing. The only time Igbos betrayed their beloved PDP was in 2023 when PDP didn't see them worthy of being Presidential flag bearer, instead gave ticket to Atiku. SE should forget anything Presidential or VP ticket under PDP going forward. If they like let them start slaving for LP for another 20 years then turn around and expect to get APC presidential ticket later. Political neophytes. 6 Likes 1 Share |

House rent now no be joking matter.. You'll have 1.2million upward to get a nice apartment. @OP Why do you want to relocate?. Is it for work or you need a place that won't stress you . |
Politics / Re: Why Are Nigerians In Diaspora More Tribalist Than Nigerians At Home? by flokii: 11:15pm On Sep 17 |
@OP I'm worried about your warped logic.. who told you it's poor uneducated Nigerians that are living in Nigeria?. please correct that wrong perception. Most of those abroad dwellers you mentioned are probably struggling to make ends meet and have devised a way of making money out of gullible Nigerians through youtube views and tiktok posts. Kanu was rumored to be working in a club in UK earning peanuts till he started radio biafra that made him cool cash. |
Politics / Re: Weir.d Thing I Noticed About People Living In Lagos by flokii: 7:04pm On Sep 17 |
Lagos is still the best place to be, I've met foreign nationals born and raised in Lagos who claim to be proud Lagos bred, they are sharper and have this Nigerian spirit in them. @OP Your experience is not peculiar to Lagos alone, even in Abuja, you'd still find people hoping to get tips from you. It's the economic situation and free spirit of Nigerians to assist one another. Don't take it too serious. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Aseneshii: Very correct.. some individuals in NNPC want to make profit for their private pockets at the expense of Nigerians, when most can't feed well or eat any longer. The next protest should be directed at NNPC.. the protesters can't leave their enemies to be chasing shadows around. 1 Like |

I don't like how PBAT is allowing NNPC excesses under his administration.. I expected him to have launched a full scale audit of that agency like he did with CBN and replace all the management staff for new hands. When Atiku condemned the NNPC, statimg he was going to sell it off, they sat up. Nigerians buying petrol at 1,000 -1,200 naira is just too bad, for a country blessed with crude oil. Dangote had to employ 98% Indians to install and run his refinery while he reserves job of cleaners, drivers and messangers for your type. The Dangote you're praising should show us data of his employees, let's see if the Nigerians are up to 10, even if they are, all 10 will be from Kano while the remaining will be Indians. Crude oil as the feedstock will yield plenty refined petroleum products after refining operations. You can't equate crude oil with petrol when there are other products like kerosene, jet fuel, diesel, Lpg etc. Dangote has to sell and make money. The monopoly they are giving this Dangote man in the Petroleum sector will spell do0m for this country. The useless NNPCL that don't know State owned refineries are the real deal should continue. |
Politics / Re: Reno Omokri: Edo State, Don't Vote For Labor Party. Gives Reasons. by flokii: 7:23pm On Sep 15 |
LP can't win Edo State... It's either PDP or APC. The only State LP will lay claim to is Abia State because the Igbos hijacked the party to push their ethnic domination agenda. This is 2024 not 1964, Nigerians are wiser. 1 Like |

The former Governor of Abia State Ikpeazu embezzled all the State's allocations, didn't pay workers and pensioners their benefits but the Igbos are not interested in getting Ikpeazu probed. Yorubas stop allowing these people give you stones and planks to attack Yoruba leaders doing far better while they hide their evil oppressors. In 2024, no modern bus park in Abia State when Lagos, Ekiti, Oyo and likes have mega bus stations. Shameful to say the least. |

Notasyouthink: Lagos State is part and parcel of Yorubaland.. the Yoruba heritage of Lagos is not in doubt atal. The 6 SW States are Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ondo and Ekiti. Yorubaland covers the above mentioned States including parts of Kwara and Kogi States. Any so called Lagos indigene claiming Yorubas have no say in Lagos politics is fake, an impostor because all major traditional rulers in Lagos are Yorubas.. The Oba of Lagos and other Lagos kings with staff of office from Lagos State Government are Yorubas. If Lagos were to be a separate colony, all those so called Lagos indigenes would work for and pay tax to Yorubas who are the majority in Lagos. The Yorubas will decide whether or not they breathe so I don't see the point of this madness from tiny fraction (at most 3%) of Lagos recognized Indigenous groups. 2 Likes |
