The suspects, arrested by Operatives of the Force Intelligence Bureau (FIB), were paraded by the Force Public Relations Officer, CP Frank Mba, on Monday.

Among those paraded was 78-year-old Joseph Okala, a native of Agatu in Benue State, arrested with two RPGs. He allegedly acts as a middleman between the manufacturers of weapons and their end-users.

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has suspended the Commander, Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the Nigeria Police Force, DCP Abba Kyari, from the exercise of the Powers and functions of his office.
