Hello good day to you ma, I was just reviewing our online DS260 form and found out that our lawyer made a mistake in answering NO where the question says Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? And the answer should be yes because my man has been refused a student visa application 3 times. Please ma how do we correct this? Here is our case number LGS2013560001. I feel like crying right now I can't afford to mess things up with the error made by our lawyer, we have already withdrew them that we no longer want there service.

NVC is currently scheduling January appointments, so if your case is complete, you have a good chance of being scheduled in January or February.

My name is Mrs Flora Jean Olasupo a US Citizen and a petitioner of a Nigerian spouse, I am very new on here my husband asked me to join the forum to read people's Immigration experiences or in case I have any questions so this will be my first question on the forum, I called NVC last night 14th November and I was told our case is complete but I will like to know how soon he will get a date this is our case number (LGS2013560001) because am planning to travel there during his interview or before, the waiting period is really killing me, I've been crying so much lately I am missing my husband so bad. I was even planning to move there with him or we move somewhere else but now that our case is moving forward we will have to suspend that, the attorney we hired wasted our time and money but we withdrew them anyways so we want to do the final stage our-self. thank you very much ma I will be looking forward to your answer.
