did you use quickteller to make your payment?did you include bank charge (surcharge) of 300 naira in your payment?

did you use pay direct (go to zenith bank) to make the exemption payment? if yes, you would be given a print out slip with the link (you would enter to generate your e voucher) written at the top of the print out which contains your payment pin and other details.
