In the past, you dare not go up to your parent and say you want to be Footballer. What they always expect you to come and tell them is “I want to be a Lawyer, Doctor or Engineer etc”.

I remember back then when my neighbours would get punished by their parents for leaving the house to go play football.I remember when their parents would always ring it to their ears that playing football is for the illiterates, less privileged, drop outs, and street children etc.

This conception about Footballers seem to have changed as the years goes by, and the world especially in Nigeria where the people are beginning to see the importance of letting your Children follow their passion in playing Football, that is if they really want to play football.

Most parents who worked all day and night to “discourage” their children from playing football, some went ahead to tear or cut their Children’s playing boots, burn their children training jerseys etc. Most of those parents are now biting their fingers in regret, as they are now aware that they had successfully killed their children’s passion and dreams.

Today Footballers now earn higher than the Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers etc and are now respected and famous people. These days, the love of sport has increased more than 100% as compared to how it was in the past. Everybody want to be entertained and FootballFootball is the most watched sport.

Now, parents take their wards to different Football Academies ,Encourage them to play football even when they really don’t have the passion.

Even those without Children, now pray for their unborn children to become footballers like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar etc.

Nowadays, it is very difficult to see who really has the passion for Football or who really were being forced play football.

And to some people, your children destiny might not be to play football, everybody can’t play football. There are lot of talents in Nigeria but not even upto half of them are known.

Your children might even disagree with you not to play football even if you insist,while some, even if you take them to the best football academies is the world, they won’t still be great football players.

In Nigeria there are so many female singers who not only doing well but also doing better than some of their male counterparts.Singers such as Tiwa Savage, Simi, Yemi Slade who are currently blazing and currently on top of the game.

We have Singers such as Waje, Omawumi who are respected anytime or anyday for their contributions in the growth of the female singers relevancy in Nigeria music industry.

We have singers such as Chidinma, Niyola, Eva, Emmy Naira, splash etc who are also trying.For Example Chidinma, at a point was dropping hot songs back to back, she had lot of eyes on her with lot of expectations from as and this is because she was the winner of MTN project fame, a singing reality show.But recently,she has been so quite.

Just like the male counterpart, there also exist a form of competition between the two hot singers as to who is better than the other.The completion Here is between Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade.
Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade are my top two favourites as they are good in what they do.
But I think Yemi Alade is the Queen of Nigeria music.

Tiwa savage use to be the best as she entertained us with good songs, Even before joining Marvin records, song like “_kele kele love” was a banger. Her career improved greatly after she decided to work with Don Jazzy. She dropped “sweet” songs such as Eminado, My Darling,Wanted etc. She was iinfact the most heard about female singer in Nigeria.

Not until Yemi Alade arrived and decided to dethrone her so she(yemi alade) could become the new Queen. Which she ssucceeded in doing.

Yemi Alade is the most hardworking female singer in Africa, her wworksstarted to yield positive results, she was named the best female artiste in Africa during the MTV Base MAMA awards in 2015, she continued to improve and therefore won the award again which makes it the second time in a row,back to back.

Tiwa Savage has been a bit quiet recently, as most of her singles didn’t make wave. Though just like before she has been having impressive and applaudable performance in shows but her music anticipation dropped recently.

Yemi Alade seem to have used this opportunity of Tiwa relaxing to overtake Tiwa.Yemi Alade has been touring the world recently, not so long ago she toured America.

Yemi Alade has been featuring other African artiste, which leads to awareness. Yemi Alade has the highest views for any Africa lady on YouTube.Yemi Alade has been very busy in the studio dropping hits by hits, from globally recognised Koffi An an to Charlee to Knack am etc,and there is some of her songs where she sang with English, Swahili, French, songs like Na God and there is this particular one she also sang with French and Swahili, although she later sang the French version of the popular “Johnny”.

It’s that time of the year when it becomes so cold in the morning, becomes ,no so cold but very dry in the afternoon, and then very cold in the evening.It’s the time of the year.

As we all know Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho to be a very controversial Manager. Another controversy arised again as to what occured in the match between Manchester United hosting Burnley where they were held to a goaless draw by the visiting team. Tax Evasion has always been a problem or should i say an issue concerning football players especially while playing in the Spanish La Liga. You hardly hear about that in England and other European Countries.

Players like Messi,Javier Mascherano ,Eto are some of the players involved in Tax evasion while playing in Spain and now another case of evasion which involves Alexis Sanchez also while playing for Barcelona between 2011-2014.

Argentine stars Messi and Mascherano both received jail sentences which, under Spanish law, can be served on probation as they are less than two years.

Messi was sentenced to 21 months in prison while Mascherano was sentenced to a year.

Spanish prosecutors say Sanchez avoided paying tax by “simulating” the transfer of his image rights to Numidia, an offshore shell company in Malta.

The Chilean is said to have hidden the existence of Numidia, which he owned a 99% stake in, to avoid paying €587,677 (£530,834) in 2012 and €395,766 (£357,485) in 2013.

He also failed to make any tax declarations on dividends received by Numidia.

The prosecution adds that Sanchez signed a contract with Barcelona in 2011, in which he claimed to be the owner of his image rights.

Yet in 2008 he had already transferred his image rights to Chilean company Inversiones Alsan, which he also held a 99% stake in, before handing them to Numidia months before signing the new Barca deal.

This means that Sanchez could face two separate tax fraud charges.

Sanchez moved from Barcelona to Arsenal in summer 2014 and has made an excellent start to the season.
