I believe when you were filling the application online, you filled in your “Correspondence Address”. That’s what they’d usually use. That’s where you told them to contact you.

There’s no proof of negligence in this person’s case. I’m talking about you trying to get coded “help” from the bank. Shey you get.

Reasons is that, I may present two financial instruments to my bank, debit and credit. For whatever reason, they may decide to action the debit transaction before the credit transaction...

Anyways, if I was in this situation, I'll prolly write a strong letter to the HO accompanied by a letter from the bank as well where the transaction was actioned, supporting my claim that they could have actioned the credit transaction before the debit transaction. And I expect that a reasonable CW should expect that this can happen..

No knowledgeable bank staff will willingly assist with this as it exposes the bank to possible litigation and reputation damage.

Oh thank you for the info but there was a transaction showing of an out flow of deduction a said amount which shows on bank statement that the balance droped though the same amount was put back that same day though . Do you think it must have affected the 28days cos my feelings is that the money was still put back that same day ....what's your say on this ....

If for any reason your balance goes below the POF amount needed even for an hour, your 28 days starts afresh.

If you get, and you can do it in Abuja, just go there. Cos it’s not only to do the biometrics that is the thing now, but for them to respond to you on time.

Its very close to abuja,most peeps working in Abuja actually stay in Nasarawa.. We just need to make sure our PPAs are either in Lafia or Keffi. C y'all in camp!
