Preparation of staff Vouchers. Weekly / Monthly Sales Reconciliation. Reconciliation of Bank Statement. Approval of Daily stock Movement from Store. Payment of all Maintenance Cost. Reconcile Requisition, Purchase Order, Good Received Note, Delivery Note, before Payment for any Supply. Supervise the Recruitment, Training & Ensure Appointment, Promotion, and Discipline of Staff. In Charge of all Logistic in the Company. She/he will Report to the General Manager. Assisting the External Auditor for any information that may help him/her to his/her job. Advice the management on the risk of embarking a project after risk evaluation and risk analysis. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT Collection of Daily Sales from Cashier. Analysis of Daily Transactions. Daily Cash Disbursements with receipt. Supervision of all Maintenance Works to be done in the Company. Reconciliation of Daily Cash Sales with Cashier. Supervision of all Stock Movement from the Store. Receiving of Requisitions from various Department, Issuing of Purchase Order, Collation of Goods Received Note, Delivery Note, and issue Payment Voucher to Suppliers for Goods Supply.
