I have be experiencing series of deduction on my airtel line 07087609375 for good 2 weeks now from airtel VOD service. I have called their customer care many time as far forwarding email, all to know avail after several assurance that it will be work upon, they still keep charging me for the VOD service I knew nothing about. This series of 50 naira deduction is becoming a threat as their customer care are making empty promises.....
I have dial *902#, send STOP to 828 as far going to www.vod.ng.airtelive.com, still can not unsubscribe. please any ideal on how to unsubscribe for this VOD service as airtel agent is not helping mater, in fact I wish I can report them......THANKS
