The Buhari scam......? Buhari inaugurated a committee to "lift 100m Nigerians out of poverty" in Sept. 2020. Then, yesterday, 9 months after the first inauguration, he inaugurated yet another committee to lift 100m Nigerians out of poverty� So 200 million out of 200 million Nigerians are in poverty?
