Am I too futuristic? This platform barely discusses anything about the future, apart from Politics Gossips and Politics, and I think it is easy to conclude that, that is what the majority of Nigerians are concerned about. Which way my people?. So I check out the Car Talk section on this amazing platform and all I read about is Car sales or second cars or so... When will you guys talk about the revolution going on presently in the automobile industry? When will we talk about Electric Vehicles? Nigeria Gov. is surely sleeping. I remain your boy Dayo, from http://frunkla.com/ Okay, rant over!.

Most Nigerians are mostly super focused on Today, while westerners are mostly focused on Tomorrow. |

Am curious, how many fully Electric Cars and how many Hybris we have in Nigeria?. Where can one get this data online?. Electricity is easily generated from Sunlight through the use of Solar panels, and ofcourse we are blessed with it abundantly. When will we move forward as a nation and depend less on dirty Diesel/Petrol that is bad for the environment and the future of our children. Yes Oil is our biggest national source of income, but this won't go on forever. Western countries are already banning ICE cars, see my previous posts. Transportation is a big mess in Lagos for example. It is clearly not working, and its time we start discuss a better, greener, and cheaper means of transportation.

Spot on. Africans will be able to buy those ICE cars cheap dirt. But how long that would last, is anybody' guess. Our leaders are too busy with politics, instead of fighting for the future of this country. This page is a good example. Just look at all the news making the frontpage. This country is far behind in almost everything modern. But let's not lose hope. fabienjoe: |

Tesla market capitalization is presently sitting comfortably at $166.134B, which is about $30B away from that of the world most valuable car company, Toyota. Toyota is the most used car in Nigeria, but in ten years that will change significantly. Nigerians are not talking much about the future of automobile, which is concerning to me. A follow up post from my previous posts. More: https://frunkla.com/2020/02/23/tesla-is-30b-away-from-becoming-world-most-valuable-car-company/

Am new on this forum and notice nobody is talking about Electric vehicles here. I live and work in German auto industry, so perhaps that's why I am much more informed on this topic than my friends back home in Nigeria. Electric cars will be the future of automobile transportation as most Western counties have set a ban date for ICE cars (internal combustion engine, cars that run on Diesel and Petrol). Why this is not a big topic in Nigeria is still beyond me. We have access to Sunlight that Europe, but yet we are not harnessing the power of Sun. Sure I understand Africa is way behind in terms of technology, but Rome wasn't built in a day. We need to talk more about the future of the next generation and help protect the environment. Where are the African entrepreneurs?. What is going on?. I founded http://frunkla.com/ to help spread the world of Tesla, a Battery powered electric vehicle that is revolutionizing the automobile industry. I find it disappointing that most people are talking about in this section is the likes of Mercedes Benz, BMW, among others. Wake up my people. They soon start to dump all these old used cars in Africa heavily. Attached is a timeline of some counties that are already planning to ban ICE cars. Lets get this to the frontpage. Feel free to ask me any question related to this topic, below. 2 Likes 1 Share

Hello guys, My name is Dayo, CEO and Founder of http://frunkla.com/ . I just noticed almost nobody is talking about Electric cars on Nigeria biggest social forum. How is God's name is that possible?. The whole western world is talking about transitioning from ICE cars to environmental friendly electric cars and nobody is talking about it in Nigeria biggest forum?. What is going on in Nigeria?. All ICE cars will soon be dumped in Africa started from 2024, as Europe, Asia, America, Australia, UK, are all planning to ban ICE cars. Please lets get this going. Please lets get this to the frontpage. There is a large opportunity here for Nigerian youths. Where are Nairaland Admins?, how are you guys prioritizing your frontpage posts. You guys need to do more, in order to help the future generation of this country.
