The simple logical answer to their confusion is, you can't have a car without a manufacturer, you can't see a footprint without a foot, a house can not build itself without a builder. even robots don't self assemble themselves, they have a creator.
It is unscientific to look how the human system is designed to come to such faulty conclusion based on a shaky,unstable ,unscientific and illogical premise that the heart, liver and other organs of the body function without a cause and effect behind it, in other words, there is a higher knowledge or a "great intelligence " who brought all these to bear.
It only takes a drunken fool with no scientific and logical knowledge to say there is no God.
Even a fool knows God exist.


This life has a purpose and the purpose is to test us in our various lives on how are we able to follow God's manual, the Quran.
If you see this life has no purpose is like saying going to school has no purpose or typing this rubbish has no purpose. Which you know the purpose behind it is to make people follow you idea about life having no purpose.
Whoever passes this test will be rewarded in the after life.
If there was no after life and no purpose it mean people like Adolf Hitler who incinerated 6 million Jews will just go like that unpunished.
The purpose of after life is where God judges everyone based on the information from. any if his messengers available to him and he would be judged accordingly without injustice.
