This is my boys hands,it appears like a rash sometimes all over his body and his hands and feet peels. The rash doesn't itch him and it is not contagious,we have gone to hospital several times (the first visit to the hospital,we were given 2 bottles of strong antibiotics and Tribact cream. In as much as the government is to be blamed for certain things happening in the state, the citizens are not helping matters either.
